Big thumbs up to Mary and her staff. I was having issues with the website. It was not letting me place my order. I called Mary to let her know I needed them ready a little earlier than what the website listed. She was super nice and said she would have her staff start working on them ASAP. Pickup was timely and the sandwiches were delicious. Thank you for your help Mary! You are very much appreciated. :) We use this location for all of our catering needs and it is always perfect each time.

Update: I was given an opportunity to try them out again and they didn’t disappoint. Everything was perfect. The New Yorker was so yummy. My daughter loves this place and has been telling me about it for a while.

First and last time. No wonder this place was empty! I recently went to the location in Frisco for the first and everything was perfect. So i took my husband here to try since we were nearby. Never again. What a waste of money! Our chicken salad sandwiches were basically bread , a bunch of lettuce and lacked flavor. The chicken was also dry. They went very light on the side of potato salad unlike Frisco location as well.

Love this place! I come here pretty often because i work right next to it, food is always good and the employees are all super nice. i've never had a problem in the 2ish years i've been coming here!

So many options. Kids meals are dirt cheap if your kids eat them there. Kids meals to go are 2.99, still not bad.

Their brownies are mmmm mmmm good!

Honestly one of the best McAlisters I have ever been to!

I’m not proud to admit that I eat here enough that they have memorized my order- but they do really care about costumer satisfaction. Anytime I’ve had an issue, even something as small as not enough chips to queso ratio, they’ve always assisted and quickly at that.

I also really appreciate seeing the restaurant owner assist when they’re slammed, as after eating here I’m disappointed when I don’t see other restaurant managers assisting their staff instead of just managing. Seems like a really good work environment as all the staff works hard and it reflects well in the customer service they give!

Also the food has never let me down! 👌

Very clean! Always someone sweeping or wiping which is settling to see. The management is interactive with the guests which can be a good thing. A bit pricy for the quality, but it is a good meal so not too disappointing. The kids meals are very cheap ($1.99 dine-in & $2.99 takeout) and it comes with alot for the little ones. Overall this is a clean and cheery McAlisters location.

We went back and wow! I ordered an Italian sandwich with an Italian chopped salad and it was outstanding! One of the best Italian deli meals I've had in a long time. The staff was as nice if not even nicer this time, and the management was interactive as always! Highly recommend this McAlisters location.

Good food. Quick service. Cheap food. I got a side salad and side fruit for 6 and it filled me up just fine!

We love to stop here and get sandwiches for our picnics! Staff and service are super friendly, always fast, and orders are always accurate. The Reuben is AMAZING and my son loves their toasties! We always look forward to eating here.

we seem to arrive after the lunch crowd which gives the place a chance to breathe and relax. this gives us the time to be pampered. Their food is delicious and the price is just right.. not to expensive but not cheap either.

The Jalapeno turkey crunch sandwich is my most favorite sandwich ever ever. It's a must have for sure. Never a bad experience with this crew and always a great time. Great food great place.

Always great service when I come here and portion sizes are just right! Tomato cucumber salad is my favorite. Chicken tortilla soup is creamy and very good.

My friend and I were in Line at about 6:40 pm tonight. Was like 3 in front of us and 8 behind us . Extremely slow service at front counter. Said something to the manager. He basically blew me off . I said one person taking orders. He said I only have 2 in the back . Walked off like I put him out!! He interacted with us several more times . No apology for his rudeness and poor customer service.

The soup was awesome! Tortilla and broccoli and cheese!

The customer service is exceptional, and the food is always fresh and delicious. The restaurant stays clean, even when busy. Also, when you order curbside pickup or delivery, the food is packaged so well!! I’ve had a styrofoam cup of soup tip completely over, and the lid didn’t even budge!

My friend and I met here to visit. We got 1/2 tea 1/2 lemonade to drink, a chocolate chip cookie for her and a brownie for me. Drink was good but the brownie was DRY. I expected chewy based on pictures and the way it looked in the the wrapper. Service was excellent. Staff stopped by our table to offer refills even AFTER the tab was paid. Dining room was clean. Mask was required when entering but not after being seated. Restrooms were clean and well stocked as well!

Update on my review from 2 years ago. Service, food, and team was so great today on Loop 288 that I didn't want to miss the chance to recognize them. We normally carry out but today we decided to dine-in. I'm so glad we did! This team was friendly, fast, and on point.
The manager was working right along with his team members. That's a leader! Way to go, y'all. Makes me want to dine-in more often!

Love the food every time

Staff here was quick to get the food out. Checked in several times to make sure I was good and didn't need anything further.

I studied In this restaurant for 3 hours while my car was being detailed down the road. I had vegetable soup and a soda. The soup was good. The staff were extremely friendly. The manager was excellent. She has a team of young kids/ adults. She treated everyone of them with respect and passion. It was clear she cares deeply about each member of her team. Couldn't have been a better environment to study in.
