Such fun to see the chef table cook. Kids always enjoy the show. The cooks are animated and fun. The food is delicious but pricy at dinner; come at lunch for still pricy but better pricing. You can also dine on the other side and eat the same foods without the show. Lunch comes out pretty quick. The carrot ginger salad dressing is so delicious to me.

It was my first time going in over a year. The food was delicious and full of flavor. The Sushi roll melted in my mouth. It was delicious. My Waitress Camile was so helpful and friendly. I'll definitely ask for her next time.

I tried this location for the first time today with a friend that suggested it before heading to a concert. It was nicer than I expected inside, and quite clean. The waitress was very attentive, and very nice. Service was in a timely manner from the time of being seated to the delivery of our food to the table. I tried their soup, salad, and crab puffs to start. All of these were great! My entree was the chicken and steak teriyaki with vegetables and fried rice. The food was phenomenal, and so filling. I couldn’t finish it all I was so stuffed. This was a perfect experience from start to finish. I can’t wait to go back to visit this restaurant again! Great job!

My wife and I come here often for the sushi, and I got to say that the food, service, and the atmosphere is awesome. Not to mention the owner is very nice, and very friendly, she surprised us with a delicious snack. Thank you guys for job well done. 😃

Absolutely delish! Cypress roll is Bomb dot com! Tempura shrimp with all the fixings and peppered tuna atop and avocado! You will love this roll! Gosh always tastes fresh and clean! Hibachi is awesome and the chefs really put on a great show! And even if you don’t want hibachi you can still be part of the action with the glass windows. Full bar is amazing also. Great place!

Try the cypress roll sushi! Its a must try house special! No doubt!!

Also do try the hibachi! The lobster scallop and shrimps combo is the best!!

Also try the pink lady roll of you are into shashimi!

This place is full of energy and the hibachi chefs are so fun and full of energy!

I was there at almost end of shift but still the energy and service was on point!!

I have been here many times and I honestly love it, especially thier shagy dog (best seller on thier menu) I have pictures of them, but if you haven't been before you should really try it out!!!

PS. They also have a grill, I haven't been in their but I've heard amazing things!!!

Joseph was our server and he was very attentive. Joe our chef was absolutely great !!! We’ve had hibachi several times at many different locations throughout the US and Joe was by far the most entertaining !!!!

Everything was great.It is like ita all made in house. Is it possible to cook medium rare bite aized portions of steak? YES, It is. FINALLY. Fried rice that taste good. This fried rice was some of the best I've had. The rangoon thing. Was sooooo perfect. Some of the best I've had.The restaurant and servers were clean. Server was good. Food was just what we needed. Loved the oranges. Only con what is wish the fried foods had a tad of seasoning. We will be going back to try the hibachi grill area

Ate Sushi there on a Friday @ 6pm and it had plenty of seating, BEAUTIFUL INSIDE, Great staff (Waiter was Asian & didn't speak very good english) just took a few minutes for him to understand our mixed drink choice & sushi substitutions. They were out of Sali the night we went! Food was GREAT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SHAGGY DOG ROLL!!!!

I’ve been to soooooo many sushi places in the Baytown area / into Houston and NON of them SLAPS like this one!!! This is definitely our go to spot when we crave sushi! 😋😋😋. Luckily we live like 5 minutes down the street 🤗. I usually get 4 rolls and drink wine 😅🤭. So my bill is EASILY around $75 - $100 with tip.

Always a enjoyable. Made two meals out of a lot of good food. Could of made 3 meals after purchasing additional veggies and fried rice to go

The sushi was great. Tried many different rolls and the portions were big.

This is a sturdy Shogun location. The staff is always chipper and helpful, and the prices on most of the food items are very reasonable. I think their sushi is priced especially fairly, and for good quality. I eat here on the regular, at least once a month, and I've never been disappointed and always feel like I've gotten my money's worth.

This location is great! The sushi is great and the wait staff is always friendly.

Adding an edit, the hostess could use some customer service skills. She didn't speak and looked annoyed to be at work.

Another good dinner like every visit.
