The cupcake experts here are also really happy to help and you're always greeted with a smile. They carry true passion in what they do. The atmosphere is off since Sprinkles Ice Cream is no longer next door, but the ATM is a plus. This location has a bunch of cool places surrounding it, so an all-around nice location.

Today I got the Christmas Cookie Cupcakes and the Cuff Cake which are absolutely delicious. I'll be back!

I love their salty caramel cupcake, strawberry, and red velvet. They have mini cupcakes for pups! The online portal is easy to navigate. The staff is friendly with smile.

At Sprinkles, we enjoyed the perfect pairing of a Strawberry Margarita and a Chocolate Cupcake. The refreshing tang of the margarita complemented the rich indulgence of the cupcake, creating a delightful experience. Sprinkles never disappoints!

Best cupcakes I've had anywhere. Especially rich tasting are the ones with the rich chocolate topping. We brought a couple to neighbors who couldn't thank us enough. While the ATM is a clever concept, we found that if you go inside the store you benefit from a wider selection of sweets.

The best cupcake, the frosting is light and not so overwhelming.

Used to get a kick outta the cupcake ATM when I first discovered it in Chicago. Hadn't visited the Dallas locations since my move back. Ordered curbside pickup during business hours this past Sunday afternoon. There were lines at both the ATM and door, so come with patience.

Now, about my new, forbidden love... I'm both enthused and bashful in my report that the Cookie Cupcake, to my utter shock, gave me feelings of near ecstasy that food should never give a person. I've vowed to not eat another for fear of uncontrollable addiction. If I recall correctly, it's available for a limited time. Try it at your own risk, and savor every soft bite.

Thank you Sprinkles for making my birthday special! I love how you have a vegan red velvet cupcake, so that my dear vegan friend can also enjoy your delicious cupcakes with us! They were all amazingly yummy~🧁💕 They also have a cupcake ATM available if you happen to swing by while they are closed!

Sprinkles never disappoints - I look for a store always whenever I visit the US. My absolute favorite is the red velvet but you cannot really go wrong here. Glad to see they offer gluten and sugar free options, too.

I stopped by a few days ago on Sunday night almost beating closing time and am so happy I did. The two people working there were so wonderful & nice, I was honestly shocked! Such a great customer service and super fresh and amazing cupcakes. Can’t wait to be back!

Quick service. Lots of to go orders in the reception and counter area. They do not allow you to walk in and grabbed your order you have to wait till someone hands it to you.

Ive had sprinkles before and I always love it, but we came on August 7th around 8:45pm and the ATM was being difficult. We had a couple of newbies who haven’t had it before so we were a little bummed when it wouldn’t give us cupcakes. There was one worker who went out of her way to check on us multiple times and even hooked us up with some cupcakes when the machine ultimately overheated/broke down. I wish I got her name but she knows who she was! Thank you for such amazing service!

I can’t believe that there is such a thing called “cupcake ATM”. What a world. The actual store was out of all but 4 or 5 cupcake flavors (9pm on a Sat night), but she kindly told us the ATM right outside the door was stocked full and fresh- she was right! We each got two delicious, fresh cupcakes and they were amazing.

We had a great experience visiting this establishment. Only because we were fortunate enough to have salesperson Casey W. wait on us. We were provided professional and personable customer service. -the kind you don't find much anymore. Casey deserves to be recognized for being amazing and used as an example of what perfect customer service looks like.
We will be back soon and hope Casey is still working there.

Delicious cupcakes! So grateful for the sugar free Red Velvet as a diabetic that wanted a special treat for her birthday. It didn't taste sugar free! It was amazing.

Super friendly staff, lots of delicious options. A little pricey but worth it for a treat. Plus a cupcake atm.

I haven’t actually went to the cupcake store yet but I did try the sprinkles ATM at the Gaylord resort and the cupcakes were amazing we got red velvet and strawberrry and they were great!

The service was great, everyone so nice to us and gave us the last 2 sugar free cupcakes as my brother is a diabetic. The cupcakes were phenomenal especially the cookie one they had last week. Wish we had one in the Central Valley in CA….maybe one day.

Great cupcakes to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings. I wish it was a little bigger inside with more seating available. The flavors typically include something seasonal and I love the red velvet one. It’s a staple for me when I come to Sprinkles. The staff is nice and they’re helpful with recommendations.

We came right at open and we’re able to order outside at the kiosk. The person working inside had our order ready within a minute, and brought it to our car! I was really impressed and appreciative! The cupcakes are always delicious, and I had not been to a Sprinkles in a few years due to my moving out of state. I appreciated the minimal contact and awesome service! I just hope the self-centered jerk who pulled in next to me and got salty that she didn’t “just turn around and take his order” as she was thoughtful enough to bring mine out was not totally insufferable. You did not deserve his snark, especially that early in the morning (but really, that behavior is never ok). WE appreciated the extra service!
