NAPA Auto Parts - Roanoke Auto Supply

I love this place. For one, it reminds me of the old school auto parts stores that I used to go in with my dad when I was a kid. They also gave exact fit parts which is pretty nice. If they don't have it in stock they can get it quickly, often same day. Great place, and very helpful.

I did not catch the gentleman’s name today that helped me who answers the phone, I believe it is the manager. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and persistent in his assistance with me. I want to thank Rick and his driver for helping me out 2day. I needed 4 72-36 batteries and he was able to get them delivered 2 me to get me out of jam and back on the road. These guys are great, they spent an hour with me trying to find the right U joint for my 12valve swapped K 3500 and had the part in stock! Service like it should be, highly recommend this location.

I needed odd custom AC hoses. Scott spent a lot of time helping me fund what would fit and ordering them.

These guys are outstanding!! I'm a locksmith and sometimes we need some pretty weird, tedious parts that NOBODY ever has! The vehicle I was working on was old as heck, to boot. Walked in to get some super glue (that I hate using). I asked by the off chance that they might have this part...they did! Nobody does, ever...but they did! As a matter of fact, they had 2...I bought both...sorry if you need this part too, lol. The two guys I met in there (wish I could remember their names) had great attitudes and were SUPER helpful. I wish this store was closer to my normal service area. Thanks guys!!!

The gentlemen in here are awesome. Needed a alternator and they tested it to make sure it was good before I purchased it. I bought one the day prior at another store and was given wrong one.

They are friendly. And helpful.

I may have to switch from Oreillys and autozone and make the 5 mile drive to see these guys when I need parts.

Great customer service. I searched all over town for a random rubber mat to make some custom gaskets with, and these guys had it! The employees here went above and beyond to help with the rest of my needs. If you live near Roanoke, Texas buy your parts from here!

What a treasure this location is, it has some experienced counter folks. They have enough knowledge to span 50 years of automotive parts needs. The other places have kids working the counters that look up parts online and don't have the slightest idea of how things work. NAPA will get my money from here on out. Great job guys!

You won’t find a better auto parts store in the country and I know, we travel the country full time. Scooter has saved us many times and gone out of his way to find parts for us across the country and overnight them so we could continue traveling. They are the best. Don’t go anywhere else.

Trey was super helpful in trying to get me the right starter for my miata, he went way above any expectation I had in helping me. I highly recommend this store, I have received some of the best customer service of any auto parts store here at NAPA.

I'm so glad I discovered this place! I stopped by to buy some Sea Foam and felt like I'd entered the old days of true customer service - rather than the plastic smile, corporate driven type. Neville readily offered to pour the Sea Foam in my truck for me and as we talked, told me how this store has been part of old Roanoke for many years. I see why it has survived and hope it continues to do so.

Always helpful and ready to assist me in getting the best quality parts for my repairs. Family owned business of people that live right here in Roanoke. They support Roanoke in many ways. Very thankful they are here and in business. Always my first choice for auto parts.

Very helpful service department.

I called for a part and they didn't have it in stock, however he told me to give him a couple of hours and he would get it for me. Two hours later he called to tell me he had my part and he was cheaper than the other places! It was also Saturday, so I'm grateful that he went through all that trouble for me.

Good guys also fill my propane even when its closing time. Also have what I need and if they don't they usually can get it the same day.

Haven't been there in a couple of years but they rembered me and were very helpful and went out of there way to please me. Unlike the other parts store that is closer to where I live which I had just walked out due to poor service.Thank you Napa
