David, the store manager was great. We did not expect to purchase a mattress today but he was so professional. He was not too pushy but was very knowledgeable and was able to read his each of his customers' personality to figure out the right approach. We visited several furniture and mattress stores over the weekend but Martress One had the best customer service!

Went into Mattress 1 and was immediately greeted warmly by Larry. He was very helpful throughout the process of helping me find the perfect mattress. I had a million questions but he answered every one confidently and reassured me while picking my mattress. In the end I financed out a Tempurpedic on an adjustable base that massages. On top of my purchase I received a gift card of $300. I am very happy with my purchase and my kids love the massage feature; it puts them to sleep which helps me relax more at night because I don't have to fight with them to go to sleep. Thank you Larry for helping me with this purchase it tops my list of things that I have bought and loved. I will most definitely tell my friends and family about my experience and tell them to go see Larry.

Just wanting to share my experience. I think David did an awesome job helping me shop for my mattress frame. It has been over 25 years since I had to buy a mattress frame and he helped me not be stressed in shopping for that plus a mattress. I really appreciate him. He even stayed an hour after closing to make sure I was taken care of.

Larry (Store Manager) along with Dave and Jeremy made our experience fast and easy! ABSOLUTELY NO pushy salesman! They all were very informative and helpful. I called and spoke with Bryant, he was excellent. I got a very good deal on a queen size mattress. Very professional business, the store was neat and we'll organized. Both staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about their inventory. First time purchasing a matress was a success!!

My wife and I went in and was greeted nicely by Craig , he helped us pick 2 materesses for our kids, he was very helpful, honest, and kind. The store was very clean. We weren't going to buy materesses that day but the deal was to good to pass up , we ended up buying them and canceling our order with Mattress Firm !!! Highly recommend. Cheaper than other mattress stores , good quality mattresses .

Amazing selection of great quality mattresses. Alex is great in understanding your needs, offering options and guide you thru the process. Unlike most other stores they don't push or rush you into anything, rather help you to make the right choice that is going to work the best for you. If you are looking to purchase a new bed/mattress this is the place to go!! I recently purchased the Serta I Comfort king mattress with motion perfect adjustable base. This bed is amazing! I came in to this store and was greeted by Larry Hays. I went in looking for guest room mattress. Larry really was nice and letting me pick something not to expensive. While I was selecting my mattress he mentioned a great deal, and I could save $300 off my guest mattress with a purchase of a mattress for me. I found and amazing Tempur-pedic Cloud mattress with cooling foam. I am so pleased with Larry's professionalism and I will definitely send all my friends and family to him.

I visited this location because I was out Christmas shopping in Rosenberg. I stopped in looking for a bed for my daughter and left purchasing three! Craig was so nice and helped me find beds to suit our needs. This is the very first brand new set my husband and I have purchased and we couldn't be more thrilled! It was delivered to my home so rapidly and conveniently! I will definitely be returning to this location for any future purchases. I will also highly recommend this location and be sure to ask for Craig to help you with your purchase.

This place was so awesome. I want to speak to the district manager to tell him how amazing the employees at this location are! We came in looking for a mattress for my 3 year old and a man (so sorry I can't remember his name but he has a beard and use to work for the "other" mattress company) he helped us find EXACTLY what we were looking for and stayed below my budget. Then the warehouse had some issues getting us our mattress on time. Another guy, Larry helped us and took care of us like we were family. This place rocks. I can't wait till we need our next mattress in a few month because this location is now my one stop shop. Rosenberg has been built up so much over the past few years. Before it got to where it is now, this type of amazing customer service is how all the stores use to be. Now it seems to be hit or miss lately. Mattess 1 is a sure hit. Amazing customer service. I can't thank you guys enough. You have no idea how the little things you do make someone else's life just a tiny bit easier. I truly thank you! I'm going to seriously have to find out who the GM is and let him know how much I appreciate this store as well as thank those 2 men that helped us in the store.

I desperately needed a new mattress for my Mother. I was referred to see Larry Hays at the Rosenberg location, we drove from La Grange. He took his time and explained everything, answered every question, and was extremely professional. I was able to pick an amazing mattress and my mom has not slept better. Thank you so much!
