I was very pleased with my experience here today! Two different sales associates helped me very courteously and efficiently!! The store is clean and well kept. Enjoyed the big and tall area as well as a large ladies Levi's display area, I will definitely return!

Had a return but also had a lady from the register help me look for some dresses. She was very professional and nice...I enjoyed her opinion and suggestions... I didn't get her name. She should remember me she helped me with my soon to be sons wedding..blue dresses ..

I had to drive almost 20 miles to get to this store for a limited edition bra that had run out of stock at all other locations. After searching all the racks, I was assisted in locating another rack that had this bra. I did not catch her name, but she was very nice & I ended up with almost $150 worth of bras. I sure wish they would make more of this bra, though.

Deidre Johnson is THE BEST!!! She maintains my hair weekly and keeps my scalp clean and healthy. I always get compliments on any cut she does on me! She not only makes me look good, but I feel GREAT when I get out of her chair!!

I was looking for a professional and experienced hair stylist 💇🏻‍♀ in the are found out Jc Penny hair salon had one of the Best Master stylist right there 1st time I show up met Miss Deidre greatly me with a smile 😊 since that day now she the greatest best, she became my personal stylist now on!

Great store with friendly associates, especially the ones in the jewelry department. I've dealt with a couple associates in the jewelry department and have always felt appreciated and respected. They are always patient with my many questions and requests to see merchandise.

Good selection of boys' clothes.Very clean atmosphere. Sales Associate was very helpful.

Helpful salespeople and check out at the store. Bought a mix and match black suit and pants for my husband but unfortunately it did not fit him as I guessed his size. Had to make a return and purchase the proper size. He tried on a different jacket & pants that fit and everyone was very helpful and the return and repurchase at the service desk in the back of the stire was a breeze. Thank you JCP.

The lady at the makeup counter was very helpful and super sweet. I didn't get her name, but it was today (14th) early afternoon.

Nice clean store. They have nice clothes. I use the tall men's section. Today as I walked in , I was greeted and give a coupon for 40% off. I got that discount some very nice shirts. Employees were very nice and answered all questions. Check out was fairly quick, the wait was less than 3 minutes with many customers.
I would recommend this store. They are always running discount coupons.

Lots to choose from. Price is very affordable. Definitely will go back. Nice place to shop with family.

Adriana in the photo studio is the best photographer I've had at a JCPenney store ... I called to ask her if we could still come, even though we arrived 15min late to a 615pm appointment. She was patient and said we can go ahead with the session (even though they close at 7pm). She was kind and professional with all of our 4 kids, and she posed us in unique ways. Her artistic eye was apparent throughout the session. At the end, she tried to find us the best value and price for our needs. Pictures turned out so well. She was friendly and even adjusted the image enhancements. After we finished everything up, it was 820pm! She never got impatient with us or said one negative thing. She gave us a whole lot more images than I've ever had before. Because of her kindness and photographer skills, I'm going to come back here on a regular basis.

Also I had to make a correction to my email address after I left, and Patti from management staff called me promptly to correct the problem.

This place has a huge selection and very friendly staff. Their clearance is always so well organized and everything is clean. I was having a hard tome with getting the correct bra I needed and Audri came by and was such a great asset to the team! I will chose this location over other similar stores every time because of her smile and great attitude!

The Rosenberg Jcpenney by Kroger is the nicest Jcpenney's I have ever visited. The individuals that work there are the most helpful people I have ever encountered at a retail store. I'd give more stars if I could. I found great deals and the cashiers are the best part about the store they are so nice and considerate. Definitely check out this Jcpenney and don't give the people working there a hard time because they are hard working individuals and the store is real nice.

My experience at this JC Penney is it is clean with a friendly staff. I am a repeat customer. Good variety of inventory of clothes, home goods and has an in-store beauty parlor and eye center. Family friendly prices. I wish they carried a greater selection of clothes for tall women.

I am only speaking about my experience at the photographer booth. . Best experience I've had yet and we go every year. Whoever this lady was, she was fully prepared and had the energy to deal with two small toddlers.
Rest of the store looked kinda messy not that that really bothers me.

Diedre, my stylist, is pleasant, professional and works well with my hair and scalp. She is my go-to stylist at JCP Rosenberg. I appreciate her!!

I bought my Tuxedo jacket, matching pants, tuxedo shirt, and tie, all for under 200 dollars. The style was great and best part of the purchase, the price. Theres always coupons to use and I don't mind....because I look sharp in that Tux ensemble!!!!
