Finding home care for my husband (who has dementia) was challenging, but Home Instead kept trying until we found someone who is just wonderful! She comes two days a week and my husband is so comfortable with her that he barely notices when I leave. They sit on the back porch, play dominoes, listen to music, and talk. In addition to his regular caregiver, they also provide someone to stay with him on special days when I need to be gone. Highly recommend them.

This organization is goes above and beyond when it comes to the word "caregivers". They not only make sure that the clients are perfectly matched with their respective caregivers but they also make that the employees are seen after and incorporate self care. I am especially proud to know that they take the time out to pray for over and all their staff in their time of need. Home Instead is never a disappointment and I pray that they continue to be blessed and be a blessing to seniors.

We tried another service before finding Home Instead. With the other service, we had no-show experiences, mediocre care-giving, etc. With Home Instead. we feel like we "hit the jackpot" with care - caregivers we can trust, caregivers who truly care, caregivers who are detail-oriented and who REALLY CARE. I would recommend Home Instead to ANYONE who wants the BEST for their loved one who needs care.

We have enjoyed services about 1 year. My husband suffers with dementia can not remember everyday details like "did I have breakfast?" Home Instead provided caregivers a few times and we reported when my husband felt a good match for him. She has come regularly 2 times a week. He recognizes her and is glad to see her. She always greets him with a happy voice and enjoys listening to him. They play dominoes and card games she keeps score of win and loss and they laugh a lot. I hear the score and prediction of "next time" when time for her to leave.

When it became increasingly challenging to care for my father while balancing a full-time job and family obligations, I turned to Home Instead for assistance. I had made a promise that I would not place my father in a nursing home, but I needed help and was feeling overwhelmed. During my initial conversation with Phillip, he displayed kindness and empathy towards our predicament. He explained the various ways in which a caretaker could help us, and the following day he met with us in our home to review the contract line by line to ensure that we were comfortable with our decision to hire them.
Even though we had planned to commence services on Monday, Phillip arranged for a caretaker to visit my father on Saturday to provide him with a much-needed shower. For the next two weeks, Ushea, the same caregiver, tended to my father with genuine care, kindness, and patience. I am incredibly grateful to Ushea and Phillip for their outstanding service and care.
Sadly, my father passed away last week, and we no longer require their services. However, I wholeheartedly recommend Home Instead without hesitation. Due to their compassionate care, my father was able to live out his final weeks with dignity.
