Friendly staff, but I always have to wait in line too long as I see other employees in the back walking by. I only stop in here when it's absolutely necessary. And the hallways are too dark, makes the environment seem unwelcoming.

When the employee can not handle a situation and you ask for management they always tell you that they can have the manager give you a call back. I had been dealing with a water situation for over a year. I continually called consistently to get the problem resolved and every time was told management would contact me for a resolution bc it was over what the employees were allowed to handle. Here we are a year later and the result was me being told that since it’s been over a year they could not help me. Even with never getting any call backs from management, or anyone sent out to rectify the situation. I’m truly dissatisfied. It’s not the employees fault it’s management for never not once in a whole year of me calling not returning any of my calls.

I do not recommend staying in cedar hill.
