Planned Parenthood - Cedar Hill Health Center

Everything about my experience here was pleasant! The earliest appointment I could get for a routine procedure with my normal provider was several months away, so I called this location to schedule an appointment for the same service. I was able to be seen next day! All staff members were polite, punctual, and professional. I was finished with my appointment before it was even due to start. Highly recommended!

I was skeptical about going to this place at first! But Cynthia and Ashley both were great! Cynthia did a great job with the check in process and explaining everything! Ashley was the clinician we saw! She’s such a sweetheart! Very nice and her smile lights up a room! She was a very great active listener and very respectful! I appreciate you ladies!

Melanie, the front desk manager, was super welcoming and very helpful in my visit today! I got there 20ish minutes early and they brought me back in five minute. I was in and out, everything went smoothly which I really appreciated. The customer service here has improved sooo much since I’ve started going here!

I've been coming here on and off for years. Just had my annual today, they were easy to talk to and understanding. My exam went well and she talked me through it, I'm happy with my visit! I'm terrible with names but everyone I spoke with was very nice.

This place was awesome! The staff was very nice from the time I walked in the door with my weird situation, until I left. The Clinician also suggested additional services and provided contact information for me. I was not judged or disappointed in the service. I'm happy to have encountered this wonderful group and look forward to returning for medical assistance.

Wonderful location. Updated and clean. The staff is incredibly professional and kind. Dr. Ashely is attentive, caring and thorough. Overall the best experience I’ve had at any planned parenthood location.

They are so sweet and nice to me even tho I couldn't make an appointment early enough for my urgency. They let me do walkin and I feel completely comfortable talking to them. They are one of the best. I can't say how grateful I am.

the doctor she was sweet and gentle and was carefully explaining what she was doing i felt very comfortable and relax. im very pleased with how im being treated and how they are very caring with their patients

They are really truly caring and they gave me an affordable amount for me and my partner to pay . The nurses dont judge you at all and they listen fully if you are honest. I totally recommend them this has been a pleasant experience so far!
