WOW... Simply Amazing!!! Great Customer Service and a wonderful owner. - Barbara truly is a professional. She came highly recommended and she was very compassionate and understanding during a very difficult time during Covid 19. Barbara.. if you are reading this, thank you from the bottom of my heart! This Covid-19 situation was very difficult to deal with but you came through at a time I needed your support. I will keep you in my prayers in hopes that people read this and truly understand what a wonderful person you really are. My mother will be very thankful for helping us out. Thank you!

Barbara & Laura did all the arrangements after Mother died in hospice. They were immense help during that time. They were even available months later to offer effective suggestions to tie up loose ends.
My only suggestion is to update website and hours listed on door. Just write that appointments are available by phone and list phone number. Before I knew it was better to just call them, I had gone by the hours listed on website and on door. They often leave to help families so door is locked since only one person there at time.
They gave 5-star service regardless. Just call for arrangements.

Barbara is a god sent person . I can't express how good she treated our family through this tough time.

These people have helped us through the loss of a loved one on two different occasions. I cannot say enough about their customer service as well as the affordability of their products. Not only did they help with the selection of my mother's casket at an affordable rate, but Barbara even walked me through what I needed to do and say when dealing with the funeral home. A HUGE help during a very trying time.

I have noticed the casket store on 75 for years. We recently lost a loved one and had need of a casket. My family and I were grieving and trying to plan a funeral. We were treated so kindly and
given some very good information about choosing a funeral home and what to expect when planing a service. Our casket price was considerably lower than the price I was quoted at our chosen funeral home.
I highly recommend starting your funeral plans first by purchasing your casket at the Casket Store.

Our family was able to select the casket we wanted in a supportive environment where we felt we were being heard and respected. Barbara made the whole process more manageable in a difficult time.

Guess I should have gone online and looked at the hours 1st, I just happen to be out n about. Door hours say open till 5:30 on Saturday..

Just awful. So I walked in the door all I got is an ugly face and a hello. I asked to inquire about Cremation Urns. She tells me they sold out. But your website says you have an extensive array of merchandise in stock. So not 1 damn Urn in the whole building? Be for real... Never have to worry about me spending money with this place on my loved deceased one!!!!!!!
