Went to this store looking for a bunk bed for my twins. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave me a free delivery and set up.. I Definitely recomend this place!

I went into this store this past Saturday, June 4 searching for some furniture and mattress for my guest room. And i must say i was very pleased. The employees went above and beyond to help me find exactly what i was looking for and nothing less. I had done some shopping around the previous Saturday since i was looking for the best deal and I must say i found it, Not only the best prices but also the best customer service. I also got free delivery with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family. Thanks for the help !!

I received exceptional customer service when I purchased a gorgeous piece of furniture from this store on September 3, 2018. My purchase was delivered the next day and assembled in a flash.

Due to the problem i had, this company took care of my situation and went out there way to make sure that i was satisfied..i will be coming back to buy items in the future and i want to thank the manager and the lady that i talk with for their patience and understanding their customer for no mattter what situation comes about.

I was in need of carpeting for a 3 bedroom 3 closet residence. I contacted this business 3 times and they rest assured they would be out to measure for carpet. Three failed attempts no call back nor txt message for this small business. Poor customer service and lack of communication to the customer. I guess they have big business to not take on small customer like myself which keep them in business. Just wait till it slow. I will tell ya take your business elsewhere to these big business so you can get the attention you needed and the customers service that is required. So that you can get the quality of products and service required. Small businesses can't handle the volume of service but you can get that elsewhere they don't value the small individuals . You got options like Lowe's, Home Depot, Nebraska furniture, they earn your dollar. I don't like to beg a business to take my money nor will I continue to.

Don’t buy worst customer service.

Purchase from the store such horrible experience very poor customer service guy comes out to car and ask what's up we've been back and forth for at least 6 months waiting on a piece that was ordered that was not in stock then the piece finally comes 7 months later and still get the run around we was told that the piece will be there on a Saturday and it was never there then told to come back Tuesday and peace still not there they will lie to you for months and days on your purchase will never tell the truth about anything that's going on with never contact you about anything that's going on this store is very unreadable you cannot even put a star on these guys.

I bought my mattresses from here and it had bed bugs in it and infested my entire home.
