I've been going to this 7/11 since we moved to the area which has been about 2 years now. The beer selection isn't that great but it's always clean and the employees are always friendly... until recently. There is a newer employee, I believe her name is Alischa, and she is absolutely horrible. My 2 friends and I went in last weekend to grab a couple things and there was an employee I'd never seen before. She was sitting behind the counter on a box or something while on her cell phone and she had a clipboard in her hand. Her conversation was clearly a personal call and we could hear the entire thing while we shopped. When we walked up to the counter, she tossed the clipboard like she was irritated that she actually had to work but continued the conversation without even an acknowledgment. We finished our transactions, while she talked to her friend the entire time, and we left. Tonight I went by myself and the same woman was working but this time she had a coworker. Well, I don't know if I should even call him a "co-worker" since he was the only one actually working. When I walked up, she was sitting on the same box she was sitting on last time. This time she had headphones in and was texting. The other employee was ringing up a group that kept running back to the aisle to add more items. I waited a few minutes and then another customer walked in a stood behind me. Shortly after that, a family walked up to get in line. He asked her to come help but she didn't hear him because of her headphones and vigorous texting. He called her name again, she looked up, she looked at me and then continued texting. She didn't move one bit. She just kept her lazy ass on that box and let this guy take care of everyone. After I left the store, the whole situation sat with me and I decided to call the store to ask for the supervisors name and phone number. No one answered. I'm sure he's busy and she's still sitting in the same spot. I'll try again tomorrow.

Gas is too high to drive to your store for slurpees for my grandbabies and your machine is out of order. Can we please get this fixed. Ty

Listen, I get it. Working at a convenience store probably isn't the rewarding gig someone could as for. But guess what? I'm a firm believer that when you apply for a job, sign the offer letter and begin work, you KNEW what you were signing up for. Cleaning bathrooms, I'm sure, was probably a part of that agreement. When "All employees must wash hands" is posted here, they CAN'T be talking about the men. No paper towels in either dispenser, nor was there soap in the soap dispenser. This kind of thing makes my skin crawl upon the realization of what could possibly be contaminated in the store.

If I could give 0 stars I would, for the bathroom alone. The store itself is in pretty decent shape.

Becareful buying from this 7eleven the cashier charge an extra item that was $11 which I didn't buy when I confronted her about it she played like she didn't knew what happen then she started processing the refund and void it and said to me that my refund was process I told her I see you void the refund don't lied to me just give me my money back she played dumb and I ended up leaving because I was going to work. Becareful I will avoid going to this place if possible.

I went to this 7/11 mainly for gas and a car wash. I paid at the pump for both. When I got my receipt, it was so faded I had to go inside for a better copy. No problem there, the cashier promptly provided it. I went to get my car washed and pulled in to enter my code. The machine was in the sunlight and I couldn't read its display. I entered my code several times and nothing happened. I then went back inside to inform the same cashier who said the car wash was working. He asked someone else about it and told me to go back out and someone would look at it. I waited for a out 5 minutes and this guy comes out, looks at the machine and tells me "Its not working. You didn't see any cars go through did you?" I go back inside to request a refund for the car wash. The same cashier states he can't give me a refund because I paid at the pump and to come back in 2 weeks!? After insisting he either give me a refund or compensate me with the same amount in store product, the cashier began talking about "you people " and my insisting on a refund he can't give me is unreasonable. Finally he gave me my $10 and told me not to come back. Little did he know I won't be coming back to any 7/11.

It seems that every time we go in the middle of the night like we just did, the lady is in there where we can see her but door is locked and she will be restocking cups or doing something with the pizza oven. Come on now. 24 hrs??? There were 4 other cars there waiting as well. The last time, she yelled through the glass saying that they were closed and I said that they were 24 hour and that was false advertising... It is just very rude and I think the manager needs to be informed.

So rude and lazy lady that works the register. I've been there 4 times in a year and same situation. Never again! Does 7 eleven look at these reviews? They should see the pattern.

Lady in the morning charge for hot chocolates so the customers can't have the 1 dollar coffee deal.
if you let her know that's not the right price she says "I know"...
This place will be my last option from now on.

Worst gas station ever. For no reason in from 2am -4am the gas station is closed, while the person who's working stocks the shelves. No one can buy anything from inside the store at these hours. It's ridiculous.

I came here specifically to pay using the Exxon app and they don't have it and she was not willing to even mention it to the manager as an option. I could have driven somewhere else but the app told me I could go here.

RUDE woman in the daytime. My fiance asked to look at the back of one of the products behind the counter. She kept asking if she was going to buy it and wouldn't show it to her unless she was going to. Lazy, rude, and unnecessary.
