Providence Automotive replaced my old muffler with an aftermarket one I provided and did it for a great price with a quick turnaround. I live right up the road and frequently drive by at night. These guys are working after 9pm all the time to get customers back on the road and I think that’s awesome. Local business is part of what makes Texas great!

I had an amazing experience! Customer service was excellent via phone and in-person. I needed extensive work done on my vehicle as it had been parked for months. They diagnosed the work needed, gave me a fair price, and quickly finished the work. My car is driving better than ever! I highly recommend Providence Automotive.

Michael was able to help us out with an AC issue on the same day! In, diagnosed, fixed with multiple issues, and out all in the span of a few hours. He made sure to stay in touch and let me know of the issues before doing any work and to make sure I was aware of everything. Would highly recommend Providence Automotive!

Great service and honest shop! I took my car in for an alignment after I replaced my shocks. My car was making a noise prior to taking it in and wanted that looked at as well. They came in and explained what the issue was and fixed it. I was out in less than an hour and my car now drives like it did when I bought it brand new. I highly recommend Providence Automotive!

I just moved to the area, and needed an oil change on my truck. They had excellent service during that process, so I came back again to get breaks worked on where they then informed my about my engine mount issue. Matt at the front desk is great, owner is great too. Providence Automotive is honest, reasonable, fast working and very educational! Highly recommend them for any of your automotive needs.

These guys are amazing! Work effectively, not trying to nickel and dime you. Always looking for ways to help you. My truck could have needed a new intake manifold but they ultimately said it didn’t need it. They could have told me otherwise to charge me more. They have done multiple jobs for me on on multiple cars.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for Providence Automotive, my truck had overheated and had a coolant leak and they fixed it up quick. I had called a few Ford dealerships and they were not even able to see my truck for almost 2 weeks. My truck was fixed and done in 48hours. The customer service and knowledge was amazing cannot say enough positive things about this place, everyone should give them a try.

I can’t remember the last time I got such amazing service! Cheapest place I found around here too! Their online diagnostics report was sooo helpful. I don’t know much about cars so having such a detailed report helps me understand what’s going on and how serious it is. They didn’t try to oversell, on the contrary, they were honest enough to tell me what could hold off because it’s so expensive. You just don’t see that kind of integrity nowadays, it was a beautiful experience, gave me hope for humanity lol.

This is a family owned business (including the cutest dog Otis!), that’s probably why I felt they truly cared about what was best not just for my car but for me too. They truly seemed like good, kind, honest, hardworking people. 5 stars isn’t enough!

UPDATE: they’ve followed up with me multiple times to address any concerns and to make sure my car is running well, their customer service is truly superb and I must say my car hasn’t had an issues since! Very happy customer!

I am pleased with work that was done on my car. My car is a 2005 Nissan with high mileage and needed some tuning up. The shop made some recommendations that I appreciated knowing about. Now I need to decide if my car is worthy of further work or selling it and purchasing another. They are very thorough in their performance. 5/15/24 regarding the above I decided to keep my car and invested the $ and had my car repaired after driving my car since the work was done my car a 2005 Nissan runs and rides like a new car!! Bravo Providence Aotomotive!!

After trying 4 other mechanics in the area with no luck.. The fellas here were super helpful and attentive to what I was saying was wrong with my car.

They took my car out for a drive and listened to a few videos that I took of the noise my car is making since it happens sporadically and they didn't try to push any unnecessary work.

The diagnostic process was easy and they talked me through everything before they did it to make sure I was ok with all processes and price points of the work they were going to do.

While what we wound up fixing didn't stop the noise completely, my car runs a LOT smoother so I have no complaints.

I understand that figuring out what's going on to cause a specific noise will take some trial/error.

Will definitely continue to work with them to figure it out!
