Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store

They always have amazing deals here. They had 40% off and I had an additional 30% off via text message. It was hard to make a decision but I'm sure my son will like what I purchased.

Had a decent experience nothing special about it but the only reason I feel obligated to even leave a review is because of Armani. The way he provides customer service is second to none, you can tell he takes pride in his work and shows genuine concern for guests. For him to be so young and still come to work with such a positive attitude is very impressive and I really hope Polo recognizes it.

Everyone is so chill, the store is nicely lit, merch is nice. Love shopping here.

Customer service in this store is beyond amazing. I went to buy 1 thing and ended up with 7!! The whole staff is very helpful and specially KIKI- she’s FANTASTIC! Helped me find everything with the right size and great offers, her service is much appreciated. :)

Great store. I always end up buying more than I intend to, but that's okay. I always end up with a good deal too. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the dressing rooms are clean and private. I enjoy shopping here.

When you go into a Polo Outlet store you pretty much know what to expect. The store will be neat and clean, the pricing will be clearly shown, and the people will be well groomed. At this store you get something extra. You get employees that care about their customers. Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store still has a mask policy. OK, you put on your mask. They ask politely and ask everyone. It is not the employees decision, but they are there to insure everyone follows the same rules. They take the heat from some people that simply want to defiant. Customers have a choice to make, put on the mask or don't come in.

At PRLFS they are kind about how they go about this. In fact, their team is nice about everything. Bravo to the team here in North Fort Worth. It was a pleasure shopping with you.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Very clean. Well organized and smartly displayed items throughout the store. Ended up purchasing the Coca Cola specially branded Gel Quantum.

I wish every store was like this one. The store is ran well, the people there were extremely nice and helpful and the overall experience was just better than any Ralph Lauren store I’ve ever been to. I don’t know who’s in charge there but whoever is kodos to you and you’re doing a GREAT JOB!!
