Had the absolute best experience the other day with Sofia! As someone who struggles with jean shopping and finding the right pair, it can be frustrating sometimes! The second I walked into American Eagle, Sofia immediately took the time out of her day to stop and help me figure out what size I was as well as providing me with a BUNCH of options to try on as well. If it weren’t for her caring as much as she does and loving her job as much as she does, I wouldn’t have found the perfect jeans like I was able to. GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!! Never have I had such an an amazing experience coming to American Eagle until I met Sofia. She is the kind of person who you can tell loves her job and loves making the people who walk in the store feel good about themselves!! She is a prime example of what quality customer service looks like and you guys should take notice of it!!!

Had the best experience for their early access Black Friday sale, I was welcomed greatly by the AE crew and informed on all the sales & the items that were big discounted. BUT THE AERIE CREW, chief’s kiss, the absolute best. They helped me everything, get the back rooms to find even more 60% off items, and find the best deals they had in their store. Joanne and Hailie were the best, 10/10. Honestly got so comfortable I thought I was working with them and knew them rather than just shopping there 🫶🏼

The girls who helped me at aerie last night were the sweetest most helpful people ever! I went in looking for crossover flare leggings but when I tried them on I didn’t like how they looked on me but the girls there helped me find something similar that I loved and hyped me up when I tried them on and made me feel super comfortable and welcome. I love the clothes here and the customer service was 11/10 plus everything was on a really great sale. I wish I could remember their names but everyone working was extremely sweet.

The young girl working here on 9-9-22 around 11a.m was outstanding. I'm a father of a 16yr old girl and had to go in Aerie a ladies store to get my daughter panties of all things , embarrassed as I was i'll do anything for my girl so I asked for help from a petite little brunette and with a big smile and winning attitude she made the task alot more bearable. Thanks so much for the help. She needs a raise

friendly staff (and a lot of staff). huge clearance section if you prefer saving 50, 60, 70% on American Eagle attire. Large selection, well kept, and organized.

American Eagle was awesome today. I walked in searching for holiday gifts for my granddaughter and I was clueless. A team member approached me asked a couple of questions then began picking out clothing. She matched everything so that there were several outfits. Looked great. Rang it up, bagged it sent me on my way. Seamless and painless.

I will only ever buy my jeans at AE. They always have my size and they have lots of styles to choose from. They flex so well that I feel like I could do gymnastics in them. The staff are always friendly as well. 10 out of 10, best store for comfy denim.
