the second HR Block agent that corrected the mistakes from the first agent was great. she spent time reviewing the tax return before submitting and found several mistakes made by previous HR block agent getting me a return back instead of what the original agents work was going to cause me to pay over $5K to the IRS due to her doing my return wrong.
