Quick and efficient. They clean up the wires and router from under the tv for a more clean look. Very pleased with their service and will be using them again in the future.

We've used Charlie Brown a few times and have always been happy. Yesterday he and his assistant upgraded our remotes and last night one wasn't working. Charlie returned my call within minutes and walked me through the issue (which was minor). Very happy with our upgrade and love the attention to detail and professionalism!

Charlie has been handling all my Audio/Video and Electric needs for over 7 years now and couldn’t be happier. Just bought a new TV and got a great deal combined with excellent service to install. I thought I had written a review but cannot find it now. In any case I used these guys about 2 yrs ago to have a TV mounted. Today I needed a light fixture installed in a new location in my house. They were able to send Ty out same day. And had the job done in about 2hrs. I was very impressed with the work and attention to detail. He mentioned it was close to the next hour of chargeable time and asked if he could skip the vacuum/tidying up to avoid charging me for it. Which was absolutely fine! I really appreciated his awareness and attention to that. Will definitely use these guys again!

2 for 2. Twice now I have called on Charlie Brown and twice they have delivered with professional and quality service at a fair price. Both good experiences that included upgrading my wifi to a mesh network, TV wall mounting that hide the wires in the walls and re-wiring my receiver/electronics. Definitely recommend them.

Charlie Brown Sound is terrific! I’ve had them hang three different TV’s. They are always on time, do the work quickly, always ask if the end effect is what I want, if not, they will fix it! Prices are more than reasonable, and their staff is super friendly and get the job done. You can’t go wrong with CBS!

I was in a pinch when the sound installers I had scheduled for MONTHS cancelled on me 4 hours before my appointment and would not come out for another week. I called Charlie Brown and he was able to work me into the schedule after other jobs were completed early. Ryan and Zack did an outstanding job. They installed 8 ceiling speakers. They look great and they left no mess!. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future for Sound work or future electrical needs

Had Charlie Brown Sound complete several AV and electrical projects at the house recently and I was incredibly impressed with the speed and quality of their work. The two technicians were very knowledgeable, quick, cleaned up after themselves, and even improved on one of the ideas I needed executing. Great business and I will come back to them for more work soon.

I will pile on here with another 5-star review. I recently purchased a home in Flower Mound and needed to address some deficiencies in my existing surround sound setup. I also wanted to install speakers/volume controls in various rooms to play music throughout my home.

Charlie helped me thoroughly think through my needs on a consultation visit. He gave me good advice that helped me keep the project within budget. I never felt that I was being upsold on anything. On the contrary, he was a voice of reason on some of the expensive "extras" I was considering.

The technicians who came and did the actual work, were extremely courteous and professional. I lead a customer service team in the Service/Repair industry - I wish my employees were as customer-oriented as the guys here. I had some issues with a pet who recently had a stroke and was doggedly following them around underfoot. They were as patient as if my pet was their own.

I wasn't exactly following them around, but I didn't see the techs wasting a single minute while on the clock. The work itself was done perfectly and I couldn't be happier with the end result. If you're looking for someone to do some A/V work in your home, I strongly recommend Charlie Brown Sound.

Charlie and the guys did a great job for us. Set up my home wireless in 2 hours installing access points, running cable. The areas they worked were cleaner when they finished than when they arrived! Will definitely call CBS next time we need any work.

Charlie came out to take a look at our business signage that was having some lighting issues. He was able to take care of both of our LED signs and they look great!. We stopped by the store on late on a Thursday before a holiday weekend and were promptly called back with an estimate. The installers arrived promptly on Tuesday morning. They answered all of our questions and provided great feedback on not only the project they were completing (mounting two 55”+ TV’s) but on a future project we are starting to plan. The work is top notch and was done quickly and cleanly. We couldn’t be happier with the service and work and look forward to working with the business on future projects!

Very impressed with this company. Great to work with on our media room. Technicians were knowledgeable and very professional. It's great that they are licensed electricians as well, because they were able to quickly fix a wiring mistake made by our builder. I will definitely be using this company again for any electrical needs that arise.

I would definitely recommend this company for any electrical or A/V work. They quickly and efficiently strung a CAT5 cable to improve wifi reception in my house.

Charlie Brown Sound is an awesome company! They did a great job for us and we are very happy with our home theatre! All employees were helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend this company. Very honest and very professional and they answer all questions and make you feel comfortable asking!!

We had Charlie Brown Sound come at and mount 2 tvs. They were timely courteous and did awesome job. They had no problem helping me out with a 3rd tv that I was having issues with.

Both gentlemen were very professional! When I spoke to Charlie when scheduling, he was also very friendly and professional.
