Tom Thumb

This place is always clean. They take great care to provide customers with a safe environment during these pandemic times. They do a great job of keeping the store looking nice, with plenty of variety stocked most of the time. This is my local neighborhood grocery and one of my favorite places to visit.

Mrs Anna at the flower department helped me so much she was able to pick out the best flowers and gave me a very nice deal come to mrs anna for any flower needs!

The young lady who helped me this morning went above.And beyond, I cannot say enough kind of things about her.I regret that I did not get her name.

Always clean outside and inside of the Store. Employees are also very nice, look happy and willing to assist Customers. Produce always looks Farm fresh and plentiful. Meat/Seafood Departments never has a stinch. Shelves stay stocked nicely and dust free.

Great place for some great deals. Also amazing mango habañero chicken

Anytime I travel the 5 minutes to get dinner, I also most of the time get groceries too. The employees are super nice with many options. The feel of the store is great too. All the employees scan fast with a nice conversation. The produce seems very fresh and many things available too.

Switched my pharmacy location from Walgreens to here and am so so happy I did. Always been a shopping customer of Tom thumb for groceries and loved it then, but now I'm so happy to be a pharmacy customer. Amazing customer services and super friendly interactions everytime. Love it. Great job on your staffs professionalism and customer service.

Great customer service!!!!!!!! The kid looked a little young to be working in that position but he did a great job assisting me!!!! I usually use drive up and go and that young man named josh is always so kind, but this time I had to go inside real quick and the associates were soooooooooo helpful!! Legendary customer service!!!!!!!

A lifesaver! The pharmacy was open until 9pm which really helped us out and we got what we needed. The produce was fresh and we got our usual milk eggs and cheese for tomorrow's breakfast. Great prices and they had someone at the checkout so we didn't need to use the silly self checkout thing. Really happy. Only wish that the inside Starbucks stand was open but they have closed for the night. 5 star place. Thank you

I worked here about 8 years ago as the dairy manager (and 7.5 years prior), if any of y'all are still here, Phil misses ya :D Thought I'd say "Hi!" I was here back in Oakes, Brown, and Richard days (and before). Really miss the atmosphere this store had, was definitely a nice culture us employees had. After moving I worked in a store rolling almost $1mill/wk in sales (during Covid hysteria)...ya no, y'all don't want to experience that!

This is how every Starbucks run should feel like. Very welcoming, these 2 deserve a raise/ employees of the month !! Also I have to mention were around the holidays & its super busy & these 2 had the best attitude!

They are consistently stocking challah bread in the bakery. My wife and children enjoy it so I am glad to have it available.

It's our favorite grocery store. The produce is excellent and reliably stocked as I can always find what we need without having to hunt for it...the staff from stockers to checkout to service desk are always friendly and knowledgeable. We love this store.

Great store. Employees there to help if you need it. Very good selections from flowers to fire wood. Grocery items well stocked . Clean and well kept super Market.

Very nice and clean store. The first grocery store where the seafood section did not smell like 5 day old fish. Very impressed. I can not shop there to often because it's more expensive than I can afford. But definitely a great place to get quick items

I wish I could give 0 stars.. This store took money from my card and then said I’d have to WAIT several days to get it back.. I ended up walking out of the store without my food, my money plus no money to get food because their computer shut down.. Wow! Just wow.. It’s not my or my kids fault you had computer issues.. I will never shop there again!

I talked to an actual manager! Yay!
My husband had called and spoke with Pete, he asked if I could call or come in.. I did stop by and he fixed the problem! He is awesome.. He admitted that it should have never went that way and he apologized... He also gave me my money back AND told me to go get what I had been trying to purchase that night.. It was on him.. I am very happy they took time to fix this.. Thank you sir!!

Tom Thumb was super organized, clean and nice. Will shop there more often.
Stopped in after church. Will visit again as the need arises and I'm in the area.

This is a great Tom Thumb! We come here just about every week!! Plus this location also has vehicle registration stickers! Unfortunately, they were out when we went to get them but very good to know for future reference.

We moved here from Calif. 17yrs ago and my favorite store in the area is the 407 Tom Thumb.
The layout is excellent, food selections great and customer service, outstanding. .
A need to mention, a must to be commended is a young man name Jordan.
Jordan's outstanding people skills, warmth, courteous, helpfullness is a must to be recognized.
I appreciated his above and beyond customer service, which I walked in to purchase one or two items (with a small basket) spent over $100.00. (stuffing items in the small basket)
He showed patience, and reassured me he was there to help. He did..plaving my items in the car for me.
I left the store feeling very special, a relaxed 73yrs old grandmother.
Employing such a great young man should be rewarded.
I am thankful .
