Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store

I'm a Polo Player and buy most of my whites at the Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store. I also buy birthday and Christmas clothing for my family here. The quality is the same as Polo Ralph Lauren in the Galleria but half the price of retail or less.
No issue with returns as long as you have the receipt.

Fantastic service! We were there on Friday around 3-5pm on 6/23/23 and they did a great job. Everyone greeted us and asked if we needed any help. The store was clean and so was the dressing rooms. When we started have trouble finding a size the sales men noticed right away and offered to look up the items. He found us everything we need at the store and even told us where we could find the other item at a different location. The check out was fast and courteous.

The staff went above and beyond to resolve a sizing issue without hesitation. I was greeted and helped immediately upon entering the store. The store had all items placed neatly and easy to access. I would like to send a special thank you to manager Nick V. and sales associate Jamara J. please continue to do an excellent job at helping customers. A+++

The store was clean and well organized with everything in its proper place. All employees were committed to the safety precautions and ensuring the allotted customers in store did the same. The sales rep were very friendly and knowledgeable. The in store sales were amazing & seasonal. (25% off sweaters & such). The only disadvantage at this particular location (the only in store I’ve been to because I actually shop online with Ralph.) is that the kid’s section is very limited to a smaller section of the store which is then divided into (4) four sections:

(1.) baby girls up to 24 months,
(2.) baby boys up to 24 months,
(3.) Girls/Boys 3-6s
(4.) Girls/Boys 8-20

I did find exactly what I wanted for my daughter plus more with the savings but in store will remain for last minute. The kids selection online gives varies designs and options.

Love this store. The clothing are breathtaking..floor plan for shopping is wonderful and lay of clothes is magnificent

Could never go wrong! Amazing staff and amazing prices! The staff there is always asking if you need any assistance. One time they even brought me a bag to place my clothing so I can continue shopping. On weekends it can get a bit packed but if your looking for good quality clothing for an amazing price, dont waste your time and go to this location, its inside Katy mills mall.

The guy helped me understand the different fabrics and fits that best fit what I was looking for in a gift for my Dad . I will be back just because of the excellent customer service he exhibited! I absolutely love this store they always have all of the great styles that I like for myself, and my son. They always send out great discount coupons through email. Often times up to 40% off.

Place was nicely organized and some the sales people were really nice. One of the associates were nice enough to help us get a discount by signing up for text alerts

Was real helpful to find what i needed and the store has a vast selection of polo items, also has a section for Big and Tall. I was going to buy a shirt online for $135 dollars and decided to first check out the outlet stores and bought the same shirt for $48 dollars.
