Dr. Shepherd is seriously one of the kindest doctors I've ever come across. He is incredibly compassionate, caring, and so easy to talk to. The thing I appreciate the most about him is how he takes the time to ensure I'm comfortable and really listens to my concerns. I've been to his office multiple times now, and every visit has been top-notch. Dr. Shepherd goes above and beyond to address my issues and provide the best care possible. It's so refreshing to step into a welcoming environment like his office. The wait times are always reasonable, and all the staff members are super friendly. It truly feels like a place where you're surrounded by people who genuinely care.
