Helpful customer service not only in the store but in the pharmacy. The pharmacist help me save about 30% on a prescription applying the right coupon available to them.
On the same visit I had to buy a car key battery and the cashier helped me out replace the old one with the new by providing me a mall small tool to replace it. Very helpful customer service!

The customer service at the register and pharmacy was great. Very refreshing. I can’t say the same for all locations

I have been given the run around by many, many, pharmacies over the past few years regarding my Father's pain medication.
He is on a relatively low dose of this particular medication. It is an extremely low dose, considering that the cancer treatment which caused his permanent, severe neuropathy, took place over 13 years ago.
I have been to several pharmacies today trying to get it filled. So many of them told me that they didn't carry it, or didn't have enough, even though he gets less than 90 tablets a month.
They didn't tell me this, before hiding behind the pharmacy counter and speaking with other pharmacy employees, in a barely audible whisper.
Looks very suspicious. I do not look suspicious, and if my youth were indeed the problem, then why would my Mother and the man himself have problems getting the medication filled also?
They have the ability to look up all of his controlled substance prescriptions in a state database, or their own internal system even, and would see that he has been prescribed this medication for quite some time, with minimal dosage increases.

Anyway, I went in there at about 7 p.m. and handed it to the tech. I explained that the regular CVS pharmacy he uses was out of stock. They entered his information, saw his history, and filled it for me in 30 minutes. Both pharmacy employees had a pleasant disposition the whole time.

The manager keeps this store clean and well organized. I have met them on several occasions, and are very friendly and helpful as are all of the staff. The Pharmacy staff is knowledgeable and helpful as well. It is a pleasure to have such an nice corner neighborhood drugstore in the community. Never a problem with coupons or helping to actually go out on the floor and help you find whatever it is you need.

The pharmacy is busy but we can see the staff is working non-stop to help patrons. The location is great in a safe neighborhood.

I had a good experience. Two cars ahead of me in the drive thru and the person who helped me was efficient and courteous.
