Me and husband went to this store last night. After we paid we realized that the tag price and scan price were different of the items we bought. We let the cashier know immediately that we were charged a a higher price and to our surprise both the cashier and the employee next to him bagging the products instead of apologizing for the mistake they both reacted very rude and aggressive saying that was the price in the system and there was nothing they could about it. The cashier immediately called the next customer in line not wanting to deal with us anymore. We reminded him that there was no need to get this rude and demeaning because of wrong price to what he responded again in bully-type fashion: “you can return it if you want” which we did. We requested to talk to the manager and he did not allowed it. He refused to give us the manager’s information. He also refused to give us his own name. After the returned was processed he threw the money and the receipt to us. No exaggeration. It is shame that such a good store is being attended by such negligent employee which lacks of basic people skills and who are offensive and ill-mannered to the customers.
