Totally pleased with Kennedy Roofing. Kennedy representative Daniel Crane worked closely with our insurance company to ensure that our roof was replaced quickly and fairly.

The crew that removed and replaced our roof did an excellent job. Afterwards they cleaned up and removed all loose nails and debris. Daniel came by several times to make sure that all work was going well and that clean up was the best we've ever seen.

Kennedy Roofing & Exteriors is a very professional Roofing company. They did an excellent job on my roof with professional sales professionals, managers & installers. I have lived in my home in Richmond for 30 years with 4 roofs installed. There Roof was by far the best with incredible cleanup after completion. I strongly recommend this company

To start I think this could be a much better company if they would take the time to pay attention to details. They did help to get the approval from my Ins. company well. When it came to scheduling my roof to be done it all seemed like it would go well, but I told them I was going out of town and I would be back in four or 5 days which they told me I did not have to be there. that was the first mistake they did replace the roof I came back and a the cleanup was not the best and I found that my back yard canopy had been damaged ie holes and tares in it. after they looked at it they finally agreed to replace it after trying not to. so ok so good so far I went into my attic and found it was full of debris which I called about it be cleaned and was told to do it myself. I spend 2-3 hours doing it. then another problem came up I have a tankless water heater and it has a vent pipe that goes up with all the debris it got clogged and broke the fan and blew the computer board. it took over a week to get parts and fix the problem I did take it off the final bill. They complained that it was my responsibly to secure this but again I was out of town and the sales person did not inform me of any of this in the hole process. I have a issue in the front as well with my gutter and water going in one spot I feel if they had better project management and stopped rushing none of this would have happened so everyone make sure you are there to check and make sure you don't have these issues. I know with all that has happened in houston they are trying to get everyone done but should not be at the sake of quality. I am a electrial contractor for 18 years and I am only as good as my last job. ijs peace

This business has been working on a property near mine for months, and they have been horrible neighbors. They cut down an approx. 60-yr old gorgeous crepe myrtle tree in the city easement without a permit. Then they threatened to cut the top off a large live oak that’s also in the city easement (again, without a permit). When the forestry dept was warned about this, Mr. Kennedy proceeded to lie about his intentions, despite photo evidence he’d sent in a text message. They repeatedly block the sidewalk when parked in the drive way. Lots of work was performed on the home and lot, all without permits!! The only permit Kennedy Roofing had on file with the city was one for a new roof. When asked about the lack of permits, Mr. and Mrs. Kennedy were extremely rude and patronizing. The police are frequently called out to their property, and when the Kennedy’s were notified of this, Mrs. Kennedy said, “Sounds like a personal problem; maybe you should move.” This is no way to do business and no company anyone should want to do business with.

Pretentious tool that thinks rules don't apply to him. If his driving is any indication of his respect for others I can only assume his work product would be low quality.

My husband noticed the ad on a white suv and told me to take a pic- however after snapping the pic, we almost got into a wreck with them. The driver of the vehicle was driving erratic and it was scary. We honked and got the finger….

We called the sheriffs office and filed a complaint using their plate number.

We are going to spend our money elsewhere but please take this into consideration for the future. Don’t advertise your business on your vehicle if you are going to drive like a maniac.

All, please be careful when working with Kennedy Roofing. They sent a flyer in the Riverstone community of Sugar Land to help get you roof replacement from the insurance company. Lane, Sales guy came and explained that they will install (Certainteed), good brand shingles, work with my insurance and request to signed a contract with assurance since they are a local Sugar Land based company. Lane even confirmed that I had a Replacement policy and not ACV (Actual Cash Value). 4 weeks later, my insurance company paid only 20% of the actual cost. Lane is now saying that he was told wrong that my policy was replacement cost. Secondly, I was supposed to pay 15% out of pocket (deductible) and not Lane is saying I have to pay 80% out of pocket since he cannot offer the same discount (25%) as he offered earlier. This is a typical bate and switch since the claim has already been initiated with the insurance company and he is leveraging it. Please be careful working with Kennedy Roofing sales pitch.

If I could give this company a negative 10 or more I would. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They came to Wilmington NC after a hurricane and preyed on people by over charging for the services they provided. Along with that they are now refusing to honor the 2 year workmanship warranty that comes with the Roof they installed. I have had the roof inspected 2 times now and there are a lot of issues from the install of the roof. I have sent in the information and even told them to contact the Roofers that did the inspection and they refused. It is companies like this that take advantage of situations and then because they think that people will just drop it and move on that they can get away with it. They do not understand what a 2 year workmanship warranty means at all. I know they will try to also put a sweet little reply up on here to make themselves look good, but trust me I have been trying for 2 months now to get them to at least have their own company inspect the issues if they do not trust the one we had. Next steps will be get Legal involved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY AT ALL.

I wanted to thank one of your employees for completely ignoring me . all i needed was a jump start, i had the same exact Chevy Silverado next to her at the dollar store in cypress 77429. Its not like she thought i was panhandling, after all i was wearing company uniform and company truck.

I don’t have any experience with their service but have witnessed the terrible driving by the ford truck with the business name and number on it. When your weaving in and out of traffic cutting cars off and even a fire truck you won’t get any of my business.
