I came to this store looking for new work shoes since my old shoes just don't make the cut anymore. Brandy assisted me with getting my shoes and she has heightened my experience to an entire new level. She has gone above and beyond in customer service just to make a stranger feel more comfortable at work. That's what we want in the Retail business, an amazing experience. I will surely be back. Easy to get the right boots here. I have been buying my work boots here since they opened 14 years ago. Brandy has been there from the beginning and has always given great service and advise on the correct footwear. Have been wearing Redwing boots for 30 years and have never been disappointed.

I came into the Sugarland location to purchase work boots and I was met with the best customer service and ultimate fit experience after suggesting the proper footwear for my job the sales lady helped me upgrade the insole and also suggested the right product to take care of the boots. I have been to other locations over the years and this location hands down is the best. They got me in the right size to help my knees and back also feel better. I am very impressed with the knowledge of the product and excellent customer service.

I went in there with my dad and it was the best experience! He wasn’t sure what kind of boots he needed for work but they had so many selections! They measured his foot and then they started helping him look! It was not too expensive for the material that he got. Usually his boots will be worn out but they still look brand new after two weeks!

My salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. The boots I purchased are honestly the most comfortable boots I’ve ever worn…and light on my feet. The extra comfort could be due to insoles I paid extra for but most definitely worth the money.

So I went into the store with a mission of finding my husband the "perfect boot" because oilfield men are pretty picky, I was approached by a sweet lady by the name of Brandy, she asked if I needed help and I then began to describe the long tedious list of my husband's wants, as well as my budget, not only did she meet she exceeded all expectations of what I was looking for she gave me multiple choices in my price range. After finally picking one out she explained about the return policy if anything should happen as well as stepped me through how to properly care for the boots with certain products to help with wear and tear as well as waterproofing. I personally will drive from Louisiana just for the service I received and the price I paid for the boots.

The employees are wonderful, very knowledgeable on work boots and comfort. No hesitation on answers when asked questions. They weren't just trying to sell me a boot, they insured all of my needs were meet.

Got sized and apparently been wearing wrong size my adult life. New boots fit like a glove and comfortable. Very helpful staff!

I was greeted by a friendly lady (Renee) who asked all the right questions about my footwear needs. She explained the process of measuring my feet to determine my correct size. She was very happy to get me whichever shoes/boots I wanted to see and also let me know the one of the boots I asked to try on, came in another color. That boot ended up being the one I purchased.

This was my first time in a Red Wing store and I can say with certainty that it will NOT be my last!

My boots are so comfortable and my feet felt so good all day long.

I was there today and let me tell you, the vibe and hospitality that was given was absolutely the best service I had at any redwings store , Rene and Brandy were so polite and patient, by far the best manager and sales person I’ve had met, they were so much help and got me in to the right boots I needed for work, my feet feel so comfortable and relieved this is NOW my go -to store ,they will be seeing me more often from here on out!!

Best shoe/boot buying experience I have ever had. We came in on a friday afternoon for some 1178 Redwing's and Brandy helped us and explained how boots should fit for proper break in. I had worn the wrong size for years and am very happy with my new purchase. Highly recommend this store.

Brandy is awesome. She knows the product inside and out and goes out of her way to make sure you get the right boot and you are satisfied with your choice even after the sale. I run a cattle ranch and I wear nothing but Redwing boots and even though I live 170 miles from her store I still continue to go there because of the excellent service and product knowledge.

Customer service at this location is great. They know how to treat their customers to make sure they get what they need. I also had a problem with a pair of boots. They didn't hesitate to bring in a new pair and swap them at no charge. Highly recommended place to get work boots.
