I had some roof damage that caused a leak from solar panel installation 4 years ago. Whitney from Onit roofing was the first to respond to my inquiry. She came out the next day and did a thorough inspection. I had several questions and she would respond promptly and never tried to sell me on something. I ended up getting a whole new roof. The crew was great and finished in the same day. They cleaned up nicely and I’m very pleased. I even had them do some repairs on my mother’s house. Would highly recommend!

Josh came over and did a quick and thorough review. He explained to me via pictures and talked me thru my options. Very honest and detailed. He wasn't trying to upsell or push anything that wasn't necessary at this time on my home. He even sealed some of the exposed nails for free!

Highly, highly recommend! Really! Forever grateful to Whitney and her attention to detail. She was able to take me through what felt like every inch of the roof. I was also able to identify and rectify other, worse issues before our health was drastically effected. Everyone that was at my house was polite and professional, covered and cleaned up like it never happened. Nice to find a company with integrity, and especially for a purchase of this size. I recently had a full roof, soffit and facia job done with Onit Roofing Co. I added many items as I saw how well the work was being performed! Whitney Wilson was there each day to over see the work for the day. She and her crew were on time and were very efficient in every part of this job. The exterior of my house was in bad shape and now looks like a new house. I would really recommend them to anyone wanting a quality job! I did get other quotes and Onit was by far the best and was able to do every bit of work I added along the way! You will not be disappointed using Onit Roofing and especially Whitney. She answered every email or phone call I had along the way! First class company!

Onit Roofing did an excellent job for us. We needed aging wood siding replaced with Hardie cement siding, followed by overall painting. Onit's quote was so much lower than several others' that I had to triple-check that it was indeed the quote for the whole job.

They were understanding about waiting around for the ridiculous HOA. They worked with us to make the changes that we needed, and worked through some bad weather. Each day they left the front yard cleaned up when they left, and hauled off all the old siding.

At the end, they were good about touchups, re-installing awnings, and even repainting the garage door when the "boss" changed her mind about the color.

Our experience with Onit Roofing was only positive. When it's time to replace our roof, we know whom to call.

After a lightning strike Whitney came out and thoroughly inspected the chimney and roof. I ask for several different quotes, 1 chimney, 2 only basic repairs, 3 entire replacement. We originally went to Onit Roofing for a quote to fix our damaged roof, but ended up using them for roofing, sealing of the outside of our home, painting of our entire home, replacement of awnings and gutter installation. We couldn't be happier with Whitney and her team - she was incredibly quick in response, always professional, very reasonably priced, incredibly thorough and communicative during every step of the job. I was impressed by the fact that Onit uses a dedicated team of installers. I believe Whitney told me there were 10 people on the team. Each member knows their job, and they are a precision group.

I was prepared to have the job take 2 days, but they did everything in 1 day. The job site was left in immaculate condition, and one neighbor who understands the mechanics involved told me it appeared it was all done correctly. I do not have a building background. I have to trust the company I chose. I have no hesitation recommending Onit roofing.

I sustained damage to my aged gutters and siding over the course of this elongated storm season. I contacted the professionals at Onit Roofing who responded quickly and efficiently, setting inspection and repair times, keeping me updated on the progress, and keeping to schedule and original cost. They even matched the color perfectly.

Today, 2023/8/4, marks the first anniversary of our new roof. To be responsible, I purposely waited a full year to write this review. I couldn’t be happier to say that there was absolutely NO issue after a full year test of raining, windy, and freezing days, storms and heat waves. As I remember, on the day of the new roof installation, I was surprised to see the crew showed up before dawn when they rang my bell. They were not only on time, hard-working and efficient, they were also very professional and friendly. The founder and co-founder both showed up at the site together with a supervisor and a team lead. The 10 men team finished the job at 2 pm before the sky turned into darkness. I was very grateful for Whitney to have the experienced team lead remove the two old cable dishes from the previous owner and patch the rotten roof board. I was even more appreciated when she walked extra mile to arrange a contractor to replace and paint my outdoor patio beam. That was not an easy job either! Therefore, I didn’t hesitate to recommend ONIT to my NASA neighbor friends who had their new roof installed months later. We both like their hand nail style. I think this is the most important factor in our decisions besides ONIT’s professionalism, quality, efficiency and courteousness. Two thumbs up!! I recently had my roof replaced and got several quotes for the job. Onit Roofing was not the cheapest but competitive and very responsive throughout the job. The sales engagement was without pressure, factual, and expedient. The installation took place over the course of one day with oversight and good communication throughout. Onit Roofing is the best! We recently bought an older home that needed a lot of work. They helped us transform our home with a sharp new roof , updated exterior painting, & they went the extra mile of setting us up with interior painting in just a couple of weeks! They made the process so simple & were very affordable. As a mom I generally don’t like coordinating these things & having strangers at my home but these were trustworthy & honest people.
