Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory

I have gone to this location twice in 2 days and both times were not good experiences. The first day I went to get breakfast which I went through the drive thru to get. By the time I got to eat my food about 10 minutes later my potatoes looked as if they had sat all day and my tortillas were cold. Then the very next day I took my daughters out to lunch and we dined in and the cashier who took our order took it upon herself to add an item on to our order which we didn't see until we got our food and we had to figure out by looking at the receipt to see she charged us for something we didn't ask for. I went to get it fixed and yes they did refund the money but not before being asked if we didn't like the food which first off I had not had before but it wasn't that it was just the fact that we didn't order the item but she put it on there and after this i was told we had to return the item which we did. Not the first time I had been charged for something I didn't order. My family does enjoy coming here and the food is normally great but the last 2 days they just weren't up to par on food and service in my opinion. The photo I have provided are the potatoes that came with my breakfast I ordered.

This Rosa's location has become the BEST one I've ever been to. The food is always hot and very good, the entire place is very clean including the hot sauce bar, and the employees are very courteous and friendly!
The Manager, Angel, who works harder than anyone I've seen, always greets me and my Fiance every time.

Roses has always been a big favor of mine not only are they fast but the food is absolutely delicious. So whether you are Dinh or going through the drive-through, you can expect a very speedy and efficient experience.

Sausage & egg plate. Always in & out within 1 minute. Good spot for breakfast.

I'm not a big fan of Mexican, but I could do a weekly stop at Rosa's. Yes, it's a chain restaurant. But they've got their process down pat. Food is always good. The place is always clean. Staff is always friendly. Decor is . . . . well, . . . . Mexican 😀

We normally do take out but tonight my son and I went in and ate dinner. The food was very good, I had the Taco Salad and he had 2 chicken tacos. Then we had the sopapilla. It was different from most I've ever had, the dough was super thin. Very good!!! But I think I like them to be a little more doughy. But still a 5 star experience.

at first, I thought this wasn’t enough for three people. I immediately regretted that after my third fajita. More than enough food great environment well worth the trip.

Great deal on Tuesdays! The tortillas are always fluffy and fresh, and my kids like to watch them being made. Tasty tacos, and plenty of all-you-can eat fixings like hot peppers, zesty sauce, and plenty of honey for the tortillas. For what it sets out to do, Rosa's does a great job.

Always love eating Rosa's, best Mexican or tex-mex steak tacos you can find here in TX! comes out so fast and fresh. and there rice and beans are the best too! no where is there a better taste. me and my wife come here all the time! they clean up after you, if you're worried about where to put the trash lol

The food is so so good. The drinks is good. The combo nacho and beer fajita is so good. Love it. Will go back again and again

I am updating my review. Last week I ordered the dozen burritos (a mix of chicken and beef), family tacos (again a mix), and guacamole and chips. Food was good as always.
I do have some issues, though. Burritos were all wrapped in the same color foil (I have always seen two different colors to better identify them in the past). 50/50 chance of picking from them. Also the tacos are packaged so you make your own, great! I like that. But then they didn't give me any tortillas. Ended up making nachos with the chips I ordered or a salad. The "Tortilla Factory" didn't give me any tortillas! Disappointing.

I love all Rosa locations. They have the quickest service and one of the only things my 4 year old eats.

Great experience. Came in here with 22 people and got the food to us all within 20 min. The fajitas were amazing!

They wouldn't let me substitute tostada for a taco on the deluxe plate it was my first time here. The soft chicken tacos were real good!! but the tamale I ordered on the side was not good at all tasted weird. Beans were good. , Enchilada was ok. Next time I'll just get the chicken tacos they are sooo good!!

Love Rosa's. They've got a big menu with lots of great choices. Even when it's busy they still get your food out fast!

I always pick up tacos on Tuesdays after work. Very speedy service in the drive thru. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a faster drive thru. Plus I loveeee their tacos. Keep it up!

I love Rosa’s Cantina! It is one of my go-to places every time I come to the DFW area. Their tortillas are simply out of this world! Their fajita meat is perfectly done. They have very fresh ingredients. It is a little different because you order at the counter as if you were at a fast food place but the food is quality Mexican food. If I lived here, I would be fat as a tick!

Fun and colorful dining room. Delicious food, good service, orders come up quick! We always get tortillas to take home too! Yum!!!

The best tortillas in town my Grandchildren Love them. Customer service is fantastic and very clean.
