Went in this morning for GI x-ray. Everyone that I spoke to was the absolutely sweetest. My rad tech and her student tech were two of the nicest people I've met associated with MHMC. the lady I spoke to while paying was also extremely nice and talking to me about the procedure I was preparing for. I felt like I could talk to those ladies all day long. I've had a lot of bad experiences there (especially in the ER) but this was the best experience all my life at MH and just for an x-ray.

Clean imaging center. Good info from all employees. Pleasant environment. No problem parking in such a large hospital. Excellent professional staff. Very impressive.🤗

Highly recommend (if need)...they took great care of my mum.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife has had the absolutely worst experience here at this facility trying to get an MRI for her breast cancer. The referal came over as stat and was never called. She continously had to call to see if her referral was recevied to make the appointment. Once the appointment was made, they called her 30 minutes before her appointment on a Saturday to let her know she needed her previous MRI CD. She didn't see this phone call because this place is 30 minutes from us. No offices were open for her to get the CD's and my wife let the front desk know that. The lady just smirked at her and said they tried to call her. She then is turned away because it's protocol for them to have the prior MRI in order to do the new MRI. So my wife has to wait until Monday to get her CD to then show up to her appointment on Tuesday where they turned her away again because they could not read the CD. Texas Oncology checked it before giving to her and could read it. This has been the worst experience working with Texas Oncology and Mermorial Hermann. The staff seems to have no compassion or sense of urgency and the communication between facilities is baffling how much lack of empathy people have with other peoples life. If you are using either of these places, I suggest you take the your services else where. My wifes referrals have been tagged as STAT and there is no sense of urgency. I hope the office manager see's this and really makes some changes in their office because these are real peoples lives your office is effecting.
