Hollister Co.

I was helped by Naidelin last week and I was pleasantly surprised by her professionalism, her courtesy and the empathy she showed to me when she could not find the non-fade black jeans I was looking for in my size. She even checked the Hollister website also and she told me that shipping was free but the website did not have my size either.
Naidelin's customer service was beyond exceptional!!!
I will be returning to this Hollister store because of her and someone give her a pay raise!

Best place to buy. Never been disappointed . Nice quality clothes for the price. Of course there’s always one Karen around difficult to please.

The staff is super helpful and there is always some sort of a sale. The lines can be a little long at times but the staff is always doing their best to keep them moving quickly. This location isn't as big as their other locations but seems to have all the styles.

I met someone else who doesn't mind going the extra mile to help someone else. Have went in a few times and prepped but the clerk's attention to me was different they listened to my complaint and fixed the problem instead of having a rude comment or rolling their eyes. I am know at times it is hard to be totally nice to people and it was closing time. Very sweet people. Front counter service A1.

They some nice t shirts that I can wear with my suits for work.

I dont usually shop here, but my husband really needed a red lightweight sweater, and to my surprise we found it here. For a great price!!! The staff was also very helpful and courteous, as busy as they were! Great experience.

Honestly every time I go there the employees are so nice and understanding, they have good discounts on their clothes and products; also they let you use their dressing rooms so you can try the clothes on, other places have theirs close but not this place which makes it super helpful.

Really fell in love with the quality of their jeans recently & the staff here is so helpful & nice!
