Bel Funiture Pick Up

Found what was advertised in a flyer and was easy to complete my purchase. Delivery fees apply if you can't load your purchase in your vehicle. Some stores deliver free, so that is the only setback.

I will give 5 star rating but i will still say this

I called 25 min before heading to pickup my bar stool chairs.

By the time I arrived I had to basically wait even thought there was no customers ahead of me.

I took them about 15 to 20 mins. To get my purchase receipt ready to hand it to the customer pick up location.

I trully think that they can function more effectively and efficient to customers as well as the team incharge of customer pick up are not happy at there work or seems like it.

I donot like to leave a negative review and maybe you should not give them good rating but ensure to write and express your feelings.

Hurting business is not a nice thing to do, as long as the business appreciate and want to develop their customer services experiences.

It was pretty simple .... if you know how to follow the rules, bring the phone number assigned to the deal, bring your ID and bring straps. And be patient !!!!! I showed up really early and I was out of there in 20 minutes.

Make sure, the person that bought it is coming along with you OR like I did, when we bought it, they told the salesman that it was me who was going to pick it up and they added my name.

Great! They close at 4pm on Saturdays, we got there at 4:01pm. Everyone was just as polite and nice as you would expect even though we got there late.

The process to pick up our furniture was smooth & easy, along with the help of the warehouse guys loading it into my truck.

Picked up my new bar stools and I will post a photo later. So excited!! They also have a giant warehouse and can't wait to see what else I can find .

Arrived,checked in and waited 20 minutes. Got recliner and left. No problems.

This place is awesome the customer service is super friendly and totally helpful the 1st time we went there we went to window shop the 2nd time we made a purchase the 3rd time we made a purchase and the last time we just went we also made a purchase there is always a sale going on there is a clearance section you do not wanna pass up we really enjoy this place
