Customer Service is awesome… Specially Destiny she was so sweet and generous. She answered every question I had. She also gave me great suggestions. You don’t always run into people that are great at what they do and she is awesome. Very satisfied!!!

Came in to get a few things today and was blown away by the kindness of the staff! Destiny in particular helped me check out and not only made me feel amazing about my purchases but ensured Bel will always take care of us and give quality service and she was not wrong!! Very impressive with how the store holds up, everyone in the store is very kind and helpful especially if you have any questions. The inside of the store is very clean and organized from what specific item you are looking for as well. I had forgotten to mention one of the employees there was very friendly and helpful with me too, I think her name was Lavina? If you are looking for someone to help you out I recommend asking for her help.

I came to look for a new living room set, Omar greeted us as soon as we walked in. He was very helpful and explaining to us about any prices and discounts. He looked up the item that we needed information on. Got us the perfect living room set and scheduled a delivery. Experience was great, Omar is your guy to come see. He even speaks Spanish. Recomiendo que vengan a ver a Omar habla Español y les puede ayudar con cualquier pregunta.

We just purchased a new home and are working room by room to decorate the house. I called in with a few questions regarding a bedroom set I saw online and was helped by Amariah. She was extremely kind and was able to help me with all the questions I had. When I came in with my kids she was very patient and helped me keep them entertained while I looked around. She definitely went above and beyond. The store was clean and organized and everyone in there made the whole experience stress free. Will definitely be back for the rest of our needs!

Overall great experience. Very knowledgeable staff and the showroom is nicely laid out. I’m very purchased multiple pieces of furniture from here and will continue to do so. My wife ended up keeping the stuff here 30 mins past closing and they were all so helpful and not rude or rushing us out. Amariah was great from start to finish. Very bubbly personality and great customer service.

My experience at Bel Furniture was awesome! From start to finish the process was flawless. Mr. Robert is a very knowledgeable Sales Representative stay with me throughout the process. Ms.Lavinia was very pleasant, efficient and very knowledgeable with the financing process. Ms. Lavinia did it all with a smile and grace. East or west bell furniture is best. Whenever I deal with them, it’s one of the best deal I get.

Very good customer service, I personally worked with Manager Calvin and Sales Associate Lorenzo. They were very patient with me in selection process and made sure my needs were met.

The approval to check out process was quick and to the point as well.

Eva was great! She helped me find the perfect living room furniture for my family and a great rug. She didn't pressure use to buy when we told her we would return. And we went back the same day to purchase. Bel had the best deal out of 3 stores we looked at.

We went to many furniture stores before we went to Bel in Katy. We are so glad we went. Eva, our sales person, was excellent. Even though we picked up our rug ourselves, Eva did offered to deliver it in person to us. We bought the furniture on Sunday and was delivered on Friday. Just like she had told us. We would definitely buy from Bel again.

My family and I have been to the Katy location, greeted by Preet and she was amazing throughout the process.

She went above and beyond to help us find the right furniture and answered all the questions very nicely.

Store closes at 9:00PM, we were there around 8:00PM and she stayed back till 10:00PM to help us out.
