You always know what you're gonna get at this location. Very consistent. Service was great again. The food was well executed with correct temperatures, timing and textures.

The atmosphere, the level of service, and the food are absolutely on point here each and every time we come in. Every worker is attentive and constantly working to provide the best possible service. The food is fantastic, and they offer many gluten-free options that make it easy for a blended family (gluten allergies and no allergies) to enjoy a nice meal together in one place. The portion sizes are large, and we had plenty to take home. We never had to request a drink refill, plates to be taken away, or anything else, only the check at the end. This has become our new weekend spot, and we can't wait to return.

Wonderful service despite being very packed during weekend lunch time! The salad was huge and the chicken parm was very moist and crispy. The bread pudding is amazing ✨ The lighting is a bit poor, but I find that it adds to the atmosphere.

Charlestons is always fire. It’s funny because there are usually mostly older people there but the food is great. Highly recommend the meat loaf and the French dip sandwich, which is one of the best in Fort Worth hands down!!

Great intimate restaurant. For apps, spinach and artichoke dip is a must and the Hawaiian Ribeye is the go-to everytime for dinner. Glad to see it's now permanently on the menu! Good place for a date or celebration.

I always love coming here. Charlestons is always a comfortable place to have a great flavorful meal with an elevated feel to it. I recommend trying the sangria while you’re here too. One of the best places to eat in the Hulen Mall area of Fort Worth!

Very good salads, Texas Redfish and Key Lime pie. Salads came with a honey butter croissant. Dark wood, brick and gas lamp interior.

Absolutely fantastic experience all around! The salmon caesar is to die for with perfectly cooked salmon, the shrimp cargo appetizer melts in your mouth, and the Hawaiian steak special was great! Service is fast and professional and the atmosphere is great overall. We will continue coming back for sure!!!

It is a bit pricey, but the food and the service speaks “HIGHLY” for itself❗I absolutely recommend eating at this restaurant. The environment is dark & dim, with such a calming atmosphere. Yes-, it is a cultural establishment as well, - EVERYONE IS WELCOMED. GO and enjoy a GREAT MEAL‼

The restaurant was great as usual. My food got delayed in the kitchen, and John, the manager, personally went back there and expedited my order and brought everything out, which I really appreciated. The food was great. I really wanted the Prime Rib but did not realize they now only serve on the weekends.

I know I give a lot of 5 stars, but this place is a 10!!! From the most amazing services to the food and the atmosphere! Everyone is a 100%on the same team!!! Definitely an amazing experience!!

Love this place. You can split meals and they split for you. Trout was great. Don't skip the bread pudding! Big enough to share with 5 other people!

First time here after driving past the place so many times, glad we chose to eat there! Charles, our server, was very welcoming and friendly at all times. The food was served pretty fast and tasted great. Swapped the carrots on both plates for different sides and had no issues. Meatloaf and chicken fried steak were both great options, loved them both. Planning on coming back!

This restaurant is the epitome of what all restaurants should be striving for! From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted, and a very smiling and friendly face seats you. Then you are greeted by another very friendly and smiling person who gets your drink order and lets you know what the day's specials are and informs you that they are happy to answer any questions you have about the menu. Your order is then taken, and the manager makes the rounds to see that you are content with the service. The food is made by actual culinary chefs who know what they are doing. The atmosphere is cozy and beautiful. This was hands down the absolute best dining experience I have ever had!!! Needless to say, we will be back, again and again! Thank you to all of the servers, hostesses, chefs, and managers for making your restaurant the best in the city!

Food was great I had the Salmon glazed carrots, loaded mashed potatoes! My friend had meatloaf glazed carrots and mashed potatoes dessert we enjoyed the bread pudding. Robert was a great waiter. Harmony came by she's an amazing manager. We will see you again.

The overall service was great. Even when the attendant was confused about the number in our party. Another staff member stepped in and corrected the problem. We love how smoothly the staff moves about. Everyone knows their duties and perform them with ease and confidence 🤗. The portions are worth the cost. I can bake 2-3 meals out of one. I can’t wait to bring the whole family here.

A nice dinner while in the DFW area. The place was pretty busy, but we got some seating outside which was nice. The shrimp salad was really good along with some spaghetti squash. We loved the bread pudding. My family said their food was okay, but certain menu items didn't hit the mark as well.

This is our family go-to restaurant for Birthdays, Anniversaries, and special events. The food is always fantastic and yummy, service is above and beyond, and the place is just great for atmosphere. CJ is one of our favorite managers and its not often you get a server like Austin in your outings. When you have staff members that are there 6, 8, and 10+ years - you just know they take care of their staff. I grew up in the service industry and I can't think of a place that does it better. Looking forward to my Dad's birthday next month!

Great service, staff is very good. My food was delicious. Potato soup was very good and well presented.
