went in for new phone - Lucia's was with us in 2-3 minutes. Took time to work with my husband and I (2 senior citizens). he was thorough, patient and explained everything. Showed all options! A pleasure to work with!!! This was at the Hulen store in Ft Worth

Gary was friendly and went beyond my expectations. He took the time to evaluate all of our current accounts with AT&T and offer suggestions.

Edit: We visited this location with our previous one in mind, the staff is still exemplary. Kamen was able to assist us with adding a line of service, questions about Caller ID settings, international calls, device insurance, and more. The entire addition, questions, and account modification only took about 10 minutes even with a device issue on our side. Thank you for your hard work and dedication in training great advocates for this brand. This location will be our go to provider for any issues moving forward.

Helene gave us the best Customer Service that we have ever recieved with any service or utility companies we have worked with. She made sure that we were aware of current promotions, deals and offers, and even made sure that we were made aware of the different styles of protection plans that AT&T has to offer. She was patient with us throughout the entire course of picking out a phone, adjusting our service plan, and transferring all data to the new devices. Her manager Nick was awesome and helped us out with the tempered screen protectors and helping set up the devices, huge thank you to to both of you. Helene was able to assist us with getting information on Fiber Internet and got us a service date that fit perfectly in our schedule. Thank y'all for the great service and congratulations on your upcoming retirement Helene!

I made an appointment ahead of time and after arrival, I was greeted and helped immediately. The service rep(Michael) was super smart, well informed, and easily navigated the process of purchasing a new iPhone, getting me setup, and also transferring my data from my old iPhone. Recommend.

I walked in store to pick up online order with less than 50 min till closing and was greeted and helped like the store just opened! Manager was great...spoke with grand-daughter, gave her a Christmas necklace and referred me to Zachery for online order pick up. Zachary was awesome helped with order...great customer service with no problems and helped with saving money on monthly bill. It was a very smooth, professional and pleasent experience!! All staff was great...THANK YOU Hulen Store staff!!

AT&T representative Kamen at location (2834 S. Hulen St. Fort Worth, TX) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable during our consultation and provided exceptional support. I would definitely recommend this location and representative Kamen for all customer support.

This store is a corporate store. Which in my experience makes all the difference. They go above and beyond to assist with any need or issues that you may have. We waited less than 5 minutes for a representative to help us, even on a busy Sunday afternoon. Cykalally was knowledgeable, informative and very patient with us. We received above and beyond customer service with genuine care that our needs were met. I highly recommend this location. Although, this location is in no way convenient to where I live; I will definitely make the drive.

Raymon was amazing I had his number from a previous experience and he took care of me once again. The only concern is the fact that we had to keep calling for verification. The hold times were horrendous but I do appreciate the security of my account. I'll be back soon to add more devices. Ray gets a 10 out of 10 💜The wait time to be seen was fairly short and he also had helpful employees such as Adam, and the good looking guy with the glasses and ponytail. (I couldn’t see his name tag) but he was a tremendous help on assisting Ray with getting my business account set up.

Lucious helped me pick up the upgrade I ordered online and he was so helpful and kind! I was helped practically immediately and he was so friendly and personable.

Zachary did an excellent job helping me with my new phone and set up. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to ensure it was set up properly before I left. The store was very clean and they entire staff was wearing masks and taking extra Covid precautions. I was very pleased with my experience.

Zachary was extremely helpful in getting several issues resolved and helping my mother get her new phone set up. He found ways to save her money on her monthly bill and was not in a hurry to explain. We could not have had a better experience!!

The AT&T store on Hulen is very professional.

I've been an AT&T customer for over 10 hrs and this location has the best customer service hands down!!! All of the employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable but Zachary really knows how to treat a customer! If you're like me, going in for an upgrade or to change my plan was something I used to dread. Thanks to the wonderful experience I've had here today and to Zachary, I am looking forward to my next trip to AT&T. Make the trip to see them even if it's out of your way, I promise you'll be glad you did!

We got 4 phones and all our numbers were mixed up so we called in to customer care and technical support SEVERAL times over a period of two days then in the end we had to wait 48hrs because of some mistake they made. So at the end of the 48hrs we call back in and they STILL couldn't help us so they finally sent us to the nearest store. The rep that was there immediately greeted us as we walked in and 30 minutes later he and his tablet had done what a TEAM of others couldn't over two days. Kudos to AT&T store on Hulen Street!

Zachary went over and above to get me and my daughter exactly why we came in for. Very polite, attentive, helpful and professional. He got me in and out of the store quickly! After several phone calls and chats to customer service, which got me no where, I am thankful I came into the Hulen store and Zachary was there to help. Thank you a ton for finally being the one to listen and correct everything. We are very please with our experience at this location and will definitely be seeing him with any other concerns I have.

I arrived later in day (after 5pm) to activate a new phones cellular data. I was immediately greeted by Oscar who was able to take care of this. As I shopped the store I had additional questions but Oscar had gone on break. Ebony (who had customers) asked if I had been helped. I told her I had questions but for her to help her current customers. Karen, spoke up and said she could assist me (she was signing into her work station). Karen was able to fix me up with a car charger, wall charger and and a spare cord for the new phone( dang Apple! 😣).
I watched as a elderly frail street person enter the store and sit at one of the tables. Both Ebony & Karen were speaking to him in a kind manner to determine his needs.
All & all I had a pleasant experience. The store at this time was not busy but had a steady number of customers.
