As a first time home buyer in this crazy time of house hunting in 2022, I was TERRIFIED of how to even start this process. I had an idea of the perfect starter home for our small family but didn’t know much about what to do from there (thanks a lot school system for preparing me for adulthood things like this). That’s when Anita comes into the picture. She saw my likes and inquiries about her showings that she’s been advertising via social media, asks me what it is I’m looking for and we took off running from there! She has been SUCH an amazing, patient, and informative realtor! She helped educate me on red flags to be aware of when trying to buy a house, things to look for that most people don’t even think about, as well as helped translate some of that confusing jargon that’s on some of these lengthy documents. This has been such an incredible journey for me and most people DREAD the house buying process.
