Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

This location is always busy and usually is training high schoolers on the job, but that’s kind of why I love this location. We’re regulars and it still feels very much like an old timey ice cream shop and market. It’s worth being patient if you choose to use the drive thru!

Braums is ALWAYS a stop when we're in Texas! The scoops are ample size & the prices are very reasonable. The service is good. Great place for a family to eat burgers & get some ice cream, too!

I stuffed my mouth hole completely full on that burger. I didn't think I could take the entire piece of meat all the way, till I couldn't breathe around their delicious meat

A free upgrade to a shake with combo meal is nice. Fries were hot and fresh

Butter Pecan ice cream sundae

You can never go wrong with Braums. They have the best ice cream, and their chicken sandwiches are BOMB. Took my fiancée here since they don't have any Braums in houston, and she fell in love! Definitely recommend Braums!

The last two times I went, I got the wrong order. However, it's still my favorite ice cream place. Their coffee, butter pecan, and chocolate almond ice creams are the best.

We came to get ice cream before watching fireworks. They were extremely busy but provided excellent customer service and every employee we encountered was very kind and helpful. Will definitely visit again.

First time here.. burger and shake were delicious

Nobody makes ice cream the way Braums does! My favorite is "German Chocolate" with my second choice being Strawberry Cheesecake! I haven't seen any in the store for a really long time! I keep hoping it will show up! Keep it up Braums in Firewheel Mall!

I give 5 stars because the people are nice and they are always extremely busy. Sometimes I don't get what I ordered but not really a big deal because I know they are busy. My kid used to work at lavon location and said it always chaotic.

Great quality and selection of ice cream. Also the milk is a staple at our home and is the best around. They expanded the store a while back and it allows easier accessibility along with a plethora of parking. The assortment of flavors and types of ice cream and frozen yogurt is to be appreciated.

I rarely leave a review anywhere; but this morning at 6:30am, I was so pleased with my drive-thru service, I knew I had to share! As I placed my order, the young lady could tell that I was having trouble deciding what to get. She helped me decide with the best customer service I could've asked for! I sure as heck did not expect that type of positivity this early in the morning! She was overwhelming pleasant and the food was cost-effective! You'll definitely be seeing me again! I only wish I would have gotten her name! She deserves all the credit! Thanks red headed girl! I hope your day goes as benevolent as you are!
