I am rating this a five strictly for the customer service received. I had purchased an online item and when I brought it home, I realized it was damaged. I called to see what options I had and was told I had two days to return to get a refund. I had a stressful day and this was the straw so was short with the customer service team. She sent me over to a manager and he immediately defused my attitude and was supportive and kind. I returned the item the same day and everyone went out of their way to help. I apologized profusely for being "one of those customers who yell when it's not necessary" - it was no one's fault, just something that happens. Brandon and the entire customer service team deserve recognition and a big thank you from this very appreciative customer. Good customer service does exist and it does so at Lowes on NW Highway!

The store associates at this location are a rare gem! Kind, intelligent, and incredibly helpful. Such a rarity these days. If you need help, speak to one of the lovely ladies. I frequent hardware stores, and so often I find people who don’t know anything about what they’re selling and have no initiative to help find a solution. 4 different amazing women helped me today, and they were all positive and solution focused! Couldn’t be more grateful.

We love Lowe's because they always have great clearance deals on discontinued,return, or overstock items and my dog LOVES meeting new friends there. Can't find the same deals at the "orange store" although they both have their advantages. The employees are helpful and kind.

Came through a few times to get what I needed to mount a TV at my office since they have metal framing instead of wood studs.

Employee was able to help me get what I needed unlocked after I found it.

Overall, everything I expected was taken care of.

Stopped at this Lowe’s after eating breakfast at a local restaurant in the area. Found everything we needed. The guy at the self checkout was nice and helpful. The garden 🪴 center is amazing with a huge variety of plants 🌱, flowers 🌸, and gardening products.

Too bad not all locations carry everything in the same isles. Other than that i can't complain, i have my favorite locations due to staff kindness and knowledge.

Placed an order online and got a link, the link had a barcode that you scan at the lockers, located right at after the entrance door, technology is facing, after scanning the barcode, the locker opened up, we took out items and headed into the store for something else needed, and was plenty surprised, Saturday evening and the place was Not crowded, I usually go to Mesquite store, but this store is great, one of the employees ask if we needed help with anything, obviously the store is not as busy and people are willing to help, great vist, great people 🥰😇

I didn't mean to leave a low review yesterday. This locations is always on point, the people are helpful whenever I've asked for help. I may have accidentally left the review when my phone was in my pocket. Thanks for reaching out!!

No waiting in line, helpful employees, floor plan makes is easy to find what you are looking for, clean and tidy.

I like the calm atmosphere here compared to HD. A pleasant shopping experience each time and a clean parking lot.

Today I went and the lady in the garden center helped me find leaf rakes, Aisle 29. She is an asset and very sweet, thank you again!!

I went to your store on 5/23/23 at around 3:30 pm looking for a new back door handle and dead bolt. I asked the first man that I was looking for both to be keyed the same. He said they didn’t re-key locks anymore but would have to get both separately with the same lock numbers. I went back and searched all for the same lock numbers to no avail. A nice young associate helped me look and she called Brandon to help me. He helped me look but said we could get separate pieces and he could key them the same. I bought what I wanted and he keyed them the same. Very nice and helpful associate. Thanks a bunch.

Charles S. in Appliances was knowledgeable, efficient, and an utter professional. We purchased a refrigerator and dishwasher to upgrade 21- and 15-year-old appliances. He thoroughly explained modern technology and design upgrades, as well as sharing his personal experience with Bosch dishwashers. We only visited after doing extensive research at Home Depot, Ed Kellum & Sons, Best Buy, Reddit, and Consumer Reports, and were so relieved to find Charles, who could answer our remaining questions and concerns.
We are looking forward to our new appliances and hope that the delivery and installation experience proceeds as smoothly and pleasantly as the purchase did.
I will update this review once everything has been delivered and installed.

Needed a fridge very quickly on Christmas Eve. Staff we're amazingly friendly. Got our fridge lifted onto the back of our truck as they have a lift outside. Great service! Clean store, well organized with great staff 👍

98% have exactly what I’m looking for or I can find it without asking anybody. Today I did need help with getting a toolbox purchased and there were 2 people that helped me out with that in a timely manner. Glad they had what I needed!
