Amegy Bank

I switched to Amegy during the pandemic because the mega-bank I was with gave my business no help whatsoever re. the government's COVID assistance programs. I've been extremely impressed with the people and the products Amegy has. It feels like a small town bank that's truly interested in you and your business.

Been banking with Amegy for a number of years In. Pasadena Texas where it was Southwest Bank of Texas before becoming Amegy in Texas. It' a good bank at least the ones I have dealt with. Amegy Bank, Continue to Keep your Tellers and Staff courteous and informed with " Current Banking Regulations and common sense ." keep up the good work.

We recently opened a business account here and the staff has been amazing in our switch over. Highly recommend this bank as you grow.

Holy cow! I have never worked with a more convoluted bank in my life. The mortgage services are terrible. Multiple websites, multiple phone numbers.. ugh. I can't get a human on the phone that can help me. I get transferred a minimum of 3 times, everytime. Most times, I'm told to call some other number because they can't help me.

All I want to do is pay a lump sum to principle. That should be pretty straightforward, right? Not with these clowns! Beware! Run as fast as you can to another bank to handle your loans.

Customer Service is not good here at all.
