Nice guy. Very responsive to my message. And honest, that what I respect the most. Unfortunately our washing machine was beyond repair . He will still be our go to guy in the future.

I have been a loyal customer of Eric's for many years. Our first encounter was on a Thanksgiving Day when our oven went out with our turkey inside. It was fixed within minutes of his arrival at an affordable rate. In addition, he has fixed our washer and now our dryer. He will let you know if it's cost effective to fix or replace your appliance. Eric is very dependable, honest, courteous, and trustworthy. You won't be disappointed!!

Very nice guy. Did not rush the job and took his time. He even fixed a small problem under my sink for no additional charge. I gave him a small tip for doing that.

I had a washer emergency. Called him this morning n he was here by noon. All repaired and ready to roll within an hour! Very nice guy w knowledge of the products he services! Called on Friday night, got a return call early Saturday morning. I have a stove that is no longer made and for whatever reason is an obscure brand.
No problem for Eric! He was at my house ON A SATURDAY, when he said he would be there. Very pleasant gentleman. One test, and then fixed with a generic part.
Price was fair enough for the middle of the week, but a SATURDAY?
Will definitely call again should I have any major home appliance repair needs!

I am so glad to have found Eric's ad in the yellow pages, then found all the good reports on the internet. Eric was very prompt and came the same morning that I called about fixing my dishwasher. He is very knowledgeable and was able to find the problem immediately and was able to get the dishwasher up and running. Our dryer sensor was coming on but wouldn't run. Left a message on his answering machine and he called back in 10 minutes. It was 2 hours from the time we called that he had came and fixed it. Great customer service. We learned a lot about the dryer and venting system. Recommended how to increase efficiency by making a few changes to the venting.

Very quick and courteous service. Eric had all the needed parts on his truck to fix my dryer and get me back to doing laundry in just one visit. Highly recommended for appliance repair. Will be my go to guy for all future service!

Terrible experience. I hardly ever leave negative reviews, but this was such a horrible customer service experience, I almost can't believe it. We spoke with Eric to have our dryer repaired after it stopped heating on Monday. We settled on a time for the very next morning (Tuesday) and were at home and ready for him to arrive during the 2 hour window he gave us for the repair. He did not show up and later told us he won't come out unless he confirms the appointment on the phone day of, even if you talk to him the day prior. I wish he had told us that at the time of setting the appointment so that we would have known to keep our phones on us. When he didn't show, we rescheduled for Thursday. On the phone before he arrived I kindly asked him to park where we have cars parked in a parking area on our property because our home is also a business, and if cars are parked in the driveway its confusing for our customers. He parked in the middle of the parking area which would have made it difficult for cars to park properly, so I kindly asked him if he wouldn't mind moving his (large) vehicle to a very close, actual parking space and a place that would allow for through traffic and clear parking for our customers. He responded in a very angry, highly unprofessional tone to me, huffed off to his vehicle, slammed his door and drove away without even telling us he was leaving. After now knowing how unprofessional Eric is, I'm glad he left before repairing our dryer, because I wouldn't trust him in my home, around my family, or with my appliances.
