Matcha Tea is disgusting!! It tastes like the earth itself! 2 sips and it was over. I ❤ to experiment, but no, nope, and NOPE. On the other hand the Staff was super friendly, helpful, and eager to give recommendations. The cups were 50% off and I got 2 really cute ones to add to the collection. My banana bread was also a winner!

It's a Starbucks. I get the same drink every time I stop, and it's been pretty consistent in flavor at this location, which is great! Sometimes, I forget to ask for pupcups when I bring my dogs with and I've been asked at the window multiple times now if I'd like a pupcup for each of my dogs. I love this because I've been to other locations where I've had employees look rather inconvenienced if I forget to ask while ordering and end up asking at the window.

I love this Starbucks team! The staff is so friendly but also so fast! I am grateful to have them start the morning with me. The coffee is wonderful and they always put me in a great mood. Thank you for putting your all into your jobs. I appreciate each of you.

we drove through on our way to a wedding. the lady was super friendly. took her time to have a conversation. drink was good!

Typical Starbucks. Love it or hate it, it’s consistently the same. Personally I like a regular hot latte and so that’s what I got. Went through the drive thru. Staff was nice.

I like the sign they have in the window. It’s inspiring/cheesy but I like the positive nature of it.

Came here right before getting ready for my best friends wedding! We asked if they could write “bride” on her drink & they absolutely outdid themselves! I should also mention the three drinks we did order tasted better than the last few Starbucks drinks I’ve had at other locations. Thank you so much!

Customer service is good and don't have to wait long for my drink

I don’t usually leave reviews on chains and franchises. But I wanted to say thank you to all who worked on Mother’s Day.

I came inside with a mobile order after seeing a super long drive thru line. It was very busy inside too, so I sat down.

Despite the customers, especially older ones, being rude because they weren’t fast enough, the employees remained professional and friendly.

I’m disappointed in the entitlement of some people. We come to Starbucks not because it’s a need — it’s a choice. When I see people trying their best after coming in at 5 a.m. to be treated that way, it’s not right.

I left a tip, said thank you, and went about my way. I wish others would find more patience within themselves and remember they’re no better than the next person if their heart is rotten.

I always appreciate the clean bathrooms at Starbucks and the fact that if a mistake is made they typically give you that mistake and make you a brand new one resulting in 2 drinks! This just happened at my local Beloit Starbucks and I was very grateful. All of the baristas are very pleasant and easy going.

One of our favorites for breakfast and lunch. Can always get our favorites no matter what town we are in when traveling!

Nice location making smart choices. I prefer counter service but the doors were locked. I was dreading the drive through line but instantly felt better seeing that the option to order ahead was not available. We had friendly service and received tasty drinks. One drink was not correct and the partner quickly offered to remake it despite the fact that I did not catch the mistake when I was asked to double check the order. My oversight but the partner was super sweet. Thanks!

Staff is always friendly. I love ordering in the app a head of time. This let's me just hit the drive thru to pick it up. I usually just get a venti pikes place.

Update: still a great location. Still use the app for ordering unfortunately, this morning I did not. I do use the app to pay much easier than paying with cash or card.

It is always a good experience. The staff here works very hard to make sure you are happy and everything is right.

So much nice! they are so much better than my usual local 1.. they're clean! they have everything packaged and ready SO nicely!!!!! Everytime!! Thank you for so much work.

Ordered coffee in advance and it was ready when we got there. Good as always.

One of my favorite locations! The staff is friendly and attentive, making me feel like they are genuinely nice people. My order has most always been correct, and if not, they remake it - no question asked. The store is well-kept, and clean - which I really appreciate.

I love this place, but the workers need to pay more attention to customizations. Multiple times I have asked for extra carmel syrup & crunch topping, just to get none!!! And I'm paying over $7 a drink. It should at least be right.
