This is my go to store when I need to do repairs for our vehicles. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Came all the way from New York on a cross country road trip and couldn’t get my coolant cap off at all! Multiple places refused to even try but the employee named Manuel took the time to help us and got it off!!! Give him a raise! He saved our trip!

Great staff. My car had an issue with the engine on our way to Chicago. Made sure we got the right part and to get it installed! Thank you!

My car had broken down when I was in the middle of moving to a different state and I was able to get my car to O'Reilly and Danielle was super help with the diagnose. She was very kind and understanding. She also went above and beyond what any normal person would do in that job. I hope that my car never breaks down during such an important time again, but if I am every in Beloit and need a car part I will definitely will be going here for it.

Stopped in to get replacement wiper blades. The clerk made sure I knew which blades would match my car and helped me pick out a pair. He even installed them for me, which was extremely appreciated.

We limped into Beloit with a car that quit accelerating and we were coming from Madison and needing to get to Indianapolis that day to get apt. keys for a job transfer. I was hauling a U-haul behind my truck and my son's car stopped working. None of us are mechanically inclined and was stressing over the whole debacle. We weren't sure we were going to make it to pick up the keys that day, office would be closed for Labor Day, hotel reservations lost, not getting moved in before my son had to start his new job on Tuesday and knowing my other son and I had to be back in Milwaukee and Green Bay on Tuesday for work and school! Danielle came to our rescue; she hooked the diagnostic "thingy" up to the car, found out what was wrong, ran out all the diagnostic sheets and recalls, gave us a huge break we so desperately needed on the parts, and called around to find someone still open and available to help us right away and get us on the road to make it to Indy on time AND safely. She was the second angel in Beloit that saved us that day and I cannot thank her enough!! Danielle you were the most understanding of our situation and thank you SO much!!

I was travelling from Ohio to Utah on I-80 when we were detoured to I-90 because 80 had been closed. I never saw any signs taking me back to 80. I was swept north on 90 and did not know how to get back. I pulled into O'Reilly auto parts looking for a road atlas. The staff was super nice and explained that they did not have an atlas but one of the sales associates, Lameckia said she would use her cell phone to get me back on track. She pulled up the routing and then copied the whole thing on paper so I wouldn't get lost. She was so kind and super helpful as was the whole staff. Her directions were over 5 pages long and I know that I would have been totally beside myself without them.

Thank you so much for your incredible customer service and assistance, you are the best. I highly recommend this store for any of your future automotive needs as I know they will bend over backwards to make sure you get what you need.

Always friendly, always helpful, excellent hours of operation. Good products. Simply put, I was getting parts at a competitor, and lifetime warranty parts would only last about a year. Here I get at least 2, 3 years, even more sometimes. Like, what good is a lifetime warranty if your going back all the time to exchange it.

I was driving home from Milwaukee with my one year old when my caliper bolt broke. I was able to get to the rest stop where I was frantic because we were still an hour and a half from home and I had just cancelled my towing coverage a few months ago and I didn’t have the money to pay out of pocket. I do all of my own maintenance so I figured if I could get the bolt delivered, I could put it back together and be on our way. I called around to the nearest auto part stores explaining my situation and they basically told me tough luck and that I needed to get it towed. We had been sitting there for 3 hours when I called your store. I once again explained my situation and instead of blowing me off, Robert asked me to send a picture via text to assure he was looking up the right part and once he confirmed that it was in stock, he offered to deliver the bolts along with tools to me at the rest stop when he got off in an hour. Not only did he deliver the bolts, but he replaced it himself, checked the other side, then had me drive around the parking lot to make sure my breaks were okay. FINALLY after 5 hours of being stranded with my daughter, we were on our way home thanks to Robert. The best part is that he asked me to shoot him a text to let him know we made it home safe! Thanks, Robert! I’ve never bought parts from O’Reilly’s, but I can assure you that every future purchase will be!

My truck broke down on the way from Madison to Detroit with my wife and 1-year-old son in tow. Chavez, Derek and Carmen went above and beyond to help me get the issue diagnosed and the right parts on the car to get me running again. They were a true blessing to me and my family.

James helped me put my windshield wipers on, and did his best to get us back on the road safely! He did fabulous, kudos!!!

This place made my weekend. Mom doesn't drive much but this very cold winter her battery has become unreliable.
So Saturday morning I did a little research to be sure it was the battery and then headed to the local department store and their automotive dept. Mostly because I know they install a purchased battery. Ugh!! Not how I want to spend my Saturday.
But.. It has to be done. Waited in line for 25 minutes only to find out it would be 2 1/2 hours before they can install it. So, I decide to install it myself, also NOT how I want to spend my Saturday. And then when they look up the battery I need, she tells me they don't have any in stock!
Well there's a half hour of my life I'll never get back.
So I head out in the FREEZING COLD, I'm low on gas, so I freeze and take care of that. Now I've decided to drive a little further into town to an Auto Parts store. I was going to have to install it myself anyway. And, out of the corner of my eye I see an O'reilly Auto Parts Store that I had not seen before. So I pull in. 2-3 cars in the parking lot, I'm thinking, this won't be too bad.
I walk in the door and before it closes behind me, I'm greeted by a young Lady behind the counter! Hello! (No waiting involved) I explained what I was looking for, she looked it up, it was in stock... All going smoothly, so jokingly I said, I don't suppose you install them do you? She smiled and looked around for a co-worker (which I later found out was the Store Manager) and said Tim, do you have time to install a battery? He turned around with a smile and said SURE! I was joking, but my Saturday just got better! So, while I'm inside the nice warm store waiting for the battery to be installed (again, no waiting involved) I said to Nicole, the young lady behind the counter, I should probably get a set of headlights too. But I hate to spend $44 when Mom doesn't even drive at night and only one bulb is out. Nicole says, oh no. You don't have to spend $44, we have a single replacement bulb right here for $10. This day is just getting better & better! Then Tim comes inside and says M'am, can you come out here for a second. Yikes! What does THIS mean!! So I go out there and he shows me where some little critter has been stashing Sunflower Seeds UNDER my Mom's battery. Too funny! Now I'm outside talking to Tim and Thanking him for installing this battery, it was quite chilly out there, and I said now all I have to do is go home and put this headlight in, Thank-you soooo much. Tim pickes up his tools for installing the battery and says, hang on, I'll be right back. And he comes back out with a screwdriver and proceeds to change out my headlight. All of this was DONE in less time than it took me to stand in line across the street. FANTASTIC Service. GREAT Team. We will DEFINATELY be back and I've already shared this story with 3 friends!! Thanks for making my Saturday!!

One of our favorite auto parts store. The staff are very knowledgeable and have always been willing to help us the best they could above and beyond what I would expect. Highly recommended.

So far I'm happy with this location since moving to the area. I've had issues with other locations but this store has had everything I needed and the folks behind the counter seem pretty knowledgeable.
