Tommy the pharmacist at CVS called to let me know an antibiotic ordered for my child was not available at their pharmacy. He called another pharmacy to see if they had it and transferred it for me and made sure the other pharmacy got it ready asap. I only had 10 mins to get to the pharmacy the med was transferred to pick it. I got there and it was all ready! Thank you Tommy!

I pick up my prescriptions there and do last-minute shopping if I don't want to go to the big grocery stores. It has a lot of things I can get at the big grocery stores, and since I'm there, I get discounts.

Switched to the cvs pharmacy because Walgreens a mile down the road was terrible. Absolutely love the staff here at cvs they know you by name and always have things ready to go!

Covid 19 test results take forever from here!! Was originally told 2-4 days, then told up to 5 business days, it's been 1 week and STILL NO RESULTS!! The people at the pharmacy are very nice and helpful with the test, but the time it takes to get results from the lab they use is ridiculous!

Worst customer service ever! I dropped off my script to be filled. I was told two hours. After two and a half hours I went to pick it up. I was then told it wasn’t ready, that it would be another half hour. I made the mistake of complaining. I was told to go somewhere else. The pharmacist actually sent my script back out to me. I understand that things can happen and that the pharmacist was probably having a bad day. But that’s no excuse for their rudeness.

went their for years the staff I give five stars! I just was able to go back there with my new insurance! the staff is great! the pharmacist has turned into a very rude person in my opinion! I called for refills on friday went to pick the up saturday! And he says you definitely should not come here unless they are ready! who talks to customers like that? guess i will just have to go elsewhere!

Learn how to hire employees that know what there doing or replace them with robots! Terrible customer service with too much attitudes. These type interactions ruins the customer experience. Robots will be better at this.

Sold to cvs from shopko, so far the entire experience has been horrible. Called in prescriptions a day in advance. When I arrived for pick up, was told one of my meds was out, when pressed they magically found it, told me it would take 10 mins. Took an hour. Gave me medication with the wrong label. I asked for instructions for my chemotherapy medication unable to provide anything. Price of medicine 30 percent higher.
If you can, stay away.

The worst pharmacy in beloit by far, they can't get anything right without it taking 2 or 3 trips there, they were filling prescription from a doctor that retired 8 months ago, they tried to tell me that he called new refills when I know for a fact that was an out right lie
