Rogan's Shoes

I recently had a surgery that inhibited me from be able to reach my feet safely. A friend mentioned that Rogan had a few large Crocs in their inventory. I need size 16. So my fiance made her way up there and kaboom!!! They did have them in their inventory and hooked her up. I was amazed. Way to go rogan's I plan on being a repeat customer there

I love this store for the service and selection of top notch brands. From work, exercise, fashion, and practical everyday wear- Rogans has you covered. Don’t see your size? Ask and they probably can order it at no extra cost. They carry shoe brands you don’t find in every other department store. I’ve recommended this place to my friends and we travel up from Illinois to shop here.

Yesterday I shopped at Rogans in Beloit, the staff was very friendly. They had a huge selection of shoes. Very neat store and helpful staff. Hailey was able to fit me into a great pair of running shoes. I will be back.

I've always enjoyed going to Rogan's for my work boots and this location is no different. I walked in, guy asked what I was looking for, told him work boots, he pointed and away I went. Love going to shops that don't hover over you and let you explore the merch. I'm now on my 3rd pair of Timberland Pros from Rogan's for the last 5 years or so.

Great shoe shop! I came in with my two year old, and a clerk helped us find exactly the right shoe in 5 minutes flat. She was cheerful and helpful. The prices were great, and the deals were good. I'll definitely be back since I really appreciate the specialized customer service that is having at general department stores. They know their shoes and how to make this picky customer happy!

With their sales, prices are literally lower than if you bought sight unseen online.

The gentleman who helped us was extremely knowledgeable. Can't remember his name but he was thin and had very short (buzz cut) hair. SUPER knowledge and helped us find the perfect shoes. Will be back just based on his stellar service alone. 😃

Had shoes in stock fully and sizes above size 15 which is great for my husband. I love that if I don't need 2 pairs of shoes I can go back and purchase my second pair at a later date and still get the half off deal.

Rogan Shoes has always offered good value. Many good purchases over the years. For me, trying shoes on, in the store, trumps online purchases and Rogan's always seems to have a sale, 50% off the second pair. Update to my review, they're still great to do business with. Thanks Rogan's!

I shopped at both the Beloit and Janesville locations for some Christmas presents. All of the employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

I had to exchange one pair of boots for a larger size. They didn't have it in stock and they said it would be a week or so and I got the new pair the NEXT day! Amazing!

I have been shopping at this location for over 10 years. They have a very helpful and friendly staff, but not smothering you or pressuring you while you check out the selection. They are very knowledgeable also. There is a large selection of pretty much any brand and style a person would need for any age. The young lady who was helping me when I first came in, even stopped by after she was clocked out to help get a ladder and reach the pair of shoes I needed from the top shelf before she left work.
I love their deal that's always going on of buy one pair get another pair of equal or lesser price for 1/2 off. They even honor the deal if you only want to buy one pair now and bring your receipt back later (as long as they can still read the receipt I was told). If you come back another time and get a pair of shoes that are more expensive than the ones on the receipt they will give you half the cost of the lower price shoes toward the new purchase. Still a good deal, in my opinion. My brother bought some shoes last week and used an old receipt from when I bought shoes for a Christmas present to save $50. I bought some light weight alloy toe Sketchers and some everyday comfortable Sketchers today and couldn't be happier.
Rogan's also has a clearance rack of various older models or shoes that maybe weren't big sellers? A couple of older gentlemen were in the store while I was there today and happily found some shoes that they liked and saved quite a bit of money by shopping that rack.

To sum up, a great selection, budget friendly and an always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Especially good for when a person is in need of multiple pairs, whether it's back to school, two people buying shoes at the same to split the buy one get one 1/2 off savings or if you need two different styles at once (work & sport, casual & athletic, etc.)

after recently receiving terrible service from another retailer and then going to rogans, the shoes I wanted were not in stock they were shipped to me no charge and a follow up call after they were delivered to ensure my satisfaction. quality service quality products.

I really enjoy going here to find a large selection of shoes and boots I can not find elsewhere and customer satisfaction guarantee.

Found out a few weeks ago that Keen discontinued the mens Brixen low waterproof. Just a bit upset about that. Rogans had them still so i ordered a pair. All was well so i ordered another pair. Yes, that may be overkill, however, these shoes are the best i have found. Just my opinion.

The employees here are always really nice and really helpful. The prices can get a little high but that 50% off coupon is always nice to have. I only buy my shoes/workboots from these guys.
