Allegiant Wellness and Rehab

I have been here for a few weeks now and everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoy the extra curricular activities they offer as well. The best thing about being here though is the food! Who knew a hospital type place would have good food?!!

My grandmother is in this facility. The overall service of the facility nothing to brag about. My grandmother has fell, she has had complaints about the treatment. Even with that Ms. Jackie is a
outstanding person. Her personality makes the patients feels cared for. She makes the families feel welcomed.

I have received excellent care over the 14 days of my rehab at Allegiant Wellness and Rehab. The staff have been attentive to my needs, have addressed my infirmatives, and have provided the physical and occupational therapy necessary to allow me to return home, able to care for myself. The staff have been friendly and supportive of my needs.

My mother is at Allegiant. I am very happy with the staff. They always answer my phone calls and emails. Especially pleased with Debra, Doris and Kaye for their excellent service and special attention. There are others, but that is the name I know. They have a hard job and I appreciate them.

I highly recommend Allegiant Wellness and Rehab. The ownership and on site leadership truly care about the residents and staff. They are a vital resource for the community and solid partner for the local hospitals. The facility is rated 5 out 5 stars with CMS, which is certainly no small achievement. My Mother and Sister were both residents of skilled nursing facilities in the past. I worked in the industry for 17 years as well. No place will be perfect when it comes to serving those with health issues, but Allegiant would be one of my first choices for short term rehabilitation. The setting is worth seeing for yourself, then touring other places to compare the difference.

We have a 39 year old daughter with cerebral palsy who requires 24 hour a day care. We have placed her in Allegiant Wellness Rehab several times over the last few years for respite. We have had excellent experiences. The CNAs are kind and patient with her and the facility does it's best to accommodate her needs. She has a complicated medication routine and they get it right! She gets to select her food, bring her own towels and pillow and participate in daily recreational activities. It is not home but it is a safe place and they take excellent care of her. We have tried several other places in Fort Worth and Burleson and none can compare to this facility.

Thanks Ms. Jackie for going that extra step to make my mom feel special. You are a great person and wish you could find a place as nice a caring as you, so of the staff their i wouldn't've want them to treat my dog (Stella, Alan to name a few)! 5 stars for Jackie 0 stars for the others.

Mom is a patient. She has received excellent care. And with Debra’s expertise and knowledge, her wounds have healed up nicely. Thanks Debra and all of the Allegiant care team! You all rock!

In December 2018 we had the good fortune to find Allegiant Wellness and Rehab. Our mom could no longer care for herself and needed a Skilled Nursing facility that offered the care she needed as well as rehabilitation therapy. Fortunately this facility was staffed by the greatest RN’s, LVN’s, CNA’s, House Keeping, Activities Director, Director of Nursing and Management that truly cared for the residents at Allegiant. Mom’s favorite nurse, Debra Smith, made our moms life so much better. Debra visited with mom throughout her shift to be sure she had everything she needed and on several occasions Debra would come visit mom on her days off. Mom and Debra became very close. Another highlight of moms day was when Activities Director, Vivian Singleton, would gather the residents together for games, to do their fingernails, play bingo or read Bible verses to them. Vivian could always put a smile on moms face when she’d walk into moms room singing to her. Many, many days Vivian would sit with mom and read the Bible to her. Over the almost five years that mom was at Allegiant we were fortunate enough to become close friends with Debra and Vivian. Debra even attended one of our big family Christmas parties so she could spend special time with mom. Mom truly loved the people at Allegiant whom she had grown so close to. Unfortunately, mom passed on July 24th. Several of the staff at Allegiant attended moms funeral service. Vivian even read one of mom’s favorite poems, A Mother’s Legacy. From day one the Management and staff at Allegiant took great care of our mom and treated us like family as well. So, Doris, Debra, Vivian, Latricia and all the staff at Allegiant thank you for all you did for our mom. You made her life better and her family’s life better as well.

My wound care nurse Debra Smith was on point when it comes to my wound care, outstanding and encouraging.

We struggled to find a place in between rehab and home for my grandmother after her stroke. She wasn't ready to live on her own yet, but wasn't bad enough for a nursing home. Allegiant was perfect. The staff was amazing. The therapy sessions really prepared her for what she was going to have to conquer at home by herself. They kept us updated throughout the process on her progress and took the time to let us know the equipment we would need upon her release. And, during the times of COVID, really took great care in keeping both us and the patients safe and well while still allowing us to visit. Definitely recommend.

I don't know what I would have done without Allegiant Wellness and Rehab!

From the beginning they made the process seamless. They set up and took care of everything for my dad to be transferred to their facility from the hospital, this was a huge relief. Once there, they kept my brother and I informed the whole time on what was going on with my dad and his progress.

The staff are amazing!! They made my dad feel welcomed and taken care of. This is a huge blessing especially with COVID 19 and your loved one being alone and away from family.

There are not enough Thank You's to give to everyone at Allegiant Wellness and Rehab for all that they deserve!

Fantastic building with excellent leadership and staff! From the outside looking in they go above and beyond to care for their residents.

My dad spent 30 days at Allegiant after he fell and broke his leg. I can not say enough great things about the level of care he received during his stay. Everyone treated him with respect and the staff was professional and attentive. The facility was clean and well equipped for rehab. They made my dad feel at home and comfortable which made it easier for us to leave him each day. He still talks about the nurses and pt staff.

My mother came here for rehab following surgery. It is a beautiful facility and so clean. The therapy department is amazing and she is on her way to a full recovery. The food is delicious and they always make sure she has something great to eat. Great location!

My Mom went to Allegiant for rehab after an auto accident. Within a few weeks, she was able to stand and walk with aides. She quickly improved with the help of their skilled physical therapists and the medication nurses made sure she took meds on time which greatly reduced her pain. The Allegiant crew worked well as a team and they were all very kind, friendly and helpful. New facility so it’s really nice also and always immaculate when I visited. I highly recommend Allegiant! Thanks for taking care of my Mom and getting her back on the road to recovery!
