Writing this review to commend the kindness and hospitality of the staff at this Best Western. And a specially huge shout out to Julie! She was so kind and warm to my family. I wish more hotels had staff like Julie!

Had a great stay. Everything was fresh and up-to-date the rooms were very comfortable and beds were very comfortable, would choose Best Western again for my stay Thanks again

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms. Breakfast was a lot better than expected. Easy access to restaurants in the area.

We stay here every year for the antique show in Roundtop. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Our room is always nice and clean and the free breakfast is great!

Staff was outstanding and always helpful, cheerful and had a smile on their face. The breakfast was great with many different options each day ( which is nice when you stay there several days) and Sherry (the breakfast lady) always makes you feel like your at home. Rooms were clean, beds great and they have soft water which is always a plus. We will return.

A lot of positive things to say about the best western! Nice people, great rooms, nice location and parking. The breakfast is phenomenal and lots of options. Very clean rooms and the facility in general is awesome. I have been super impressed and the best motel experience we ever had! Very inviting and very welcoming.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a really nice hot breakfast! We've stayed here most of the times we've been in Brenham, and it's never failed to exceed expectations. It's worth the few dollars extra per night!

Clean nice rooms. Good complimentary breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful. All staff speaks good English which I appreciate. Best Western always beats a lot of other chains in my opinion.

I love staying at Best Western. This is a older Hotel. It’s nice, clean and well maintained.
The air had been off in our room so was a little stale smell but once the air was on it was cold and comfy. Parking is infront of rooms, 2 story building with laundry area as well. Pool area is out back away from highway, Very nice with handicap lift ant lots of seating for guests. Hotel does sit directly on access rd to major Hwy. Lobby was very nice , clean . Staff was super friendly and help-full. Large variety of items in lobby for purchase, soup , chips, cold drinks, snacks. Business area in lobby with computers. The breakfast area was clean and a great breakfast as always. Everything was kept fresh and full. The only odd thing I found was there was no soap or other toiletries in the room, I always travel with my own so it was no big deal. Room has fridge, coffee pot, hair dryer, microwave, iron and board. Lots of plugs and usb outlets available. Great place , I’ll be back

Absolutely positively 100% satisfied with my stay here at Best Western in Brenham! When my wife and I first arrived our reservation could not be found, not at fault by the amazing staff here but from the third party booking website we used. The front office staff we so amazing and helped us resolve the issue very quickly and even offered us a room until the reservation could be located and wasn't going to charge us "a second time because that's not fair". In my opinion the first impressions of staff members make or break a business and this place excels at customer service. They truly do care about the guests that stay here. Our room was clean and well decorated. I admit I was nervous because of other best westerns I've been in but this one is actually very nice! 10/10 I would definitely stay here again and recommend friends.

Holy cow this place has strawberry waffles in the shape of Texas for their breakfast! I so wish I could add an extra star just for this.!

My family and I stayed here during hurricane Harvey evacuation. During our stay the staff catered to our every need and made sure we were taken care of. And very friendly! Our room was clean. Breakfast was awesome every morning with different options daily. We will definitely come back. If every Best Western lives up to these standards, they have definitely earned a new customer with us!

Staff is friendly and very accommodating. The rooms and the beds were clean, except the first room I stayed in had a bed that was slightly damp and sticky as if maybe it didn't finish it's wash cycle and still had soap on it.
The breakfast is a pretty standard continental faire, that is to say it lacks something to be desired.

We stayed here about 4 years ago. Loved the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the lobby and easy parking. Its located next to 290, but the rooms were very quiet. The rooms are very clean, free WiFi and plenty of towels. No smelly rooms here, very comfortable beds. I loved the free hot breakfast next door. I was expecting a traditional continental breakfast, but sausage and pancakes, outstanding! Well worth the price. Country hospitality, but deserves to be a 4 star rating. I would recommend you staying here!

I doubt we can adequately express how pleased we were with this Best Western. We came with 5 children and stayed just over a week. All of our needs were met with the utmost courtesy and friendliness. While the building was not the most up-to-date, the food and cleanliness more than made up for it.

We will definitely stay there again!

For hotels this is a great place to stay, rooms are very roomy, very clean, property well maintained and I would recommend this place to everyone. Showers are very big, nice size mini fridge and a microwave. Beds are very comfortable and great size for anyone. I'll be back to stay when I come back through Chappell Hill

What a wonderful experience! The rooms were nicely decorated, clean and the A/C worked great. The bathrooms were done in granite with the shower curtain rods that are arched to provide the maximum amount of space. There were complimentary hot dogs and cookies in the afternoon and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. They had eggs, sausage, gravy, fruit, waffles, yogurt, toast and apple and orange juice. (That's just what I can remember.) Very nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great little hotel. Stayed 2 nights while in town for business. Room was very clean, and all hotel staff was top-notch. Even caught them in the lobby early one morning having a meeting about how to improve already excellent customer service. Better than average hotel breakfast, well maintained pool, very decent price. Don't stay anywhere else if you're in the area.

I wish I could give Best Western Inn of Brenham Texas more than 5 stars. I love this hotel! Excellent breakfast, very clean room, and friendly and courteous staff. Even though the hotel is next to Highway 290, we did not hear the freeway noise. The lady who takes care of the breakfast buffet is very lovely and hard-working. I give her two thumbs up! She keeps everything spotless and fresh and delicious!
