Friendly and courteous staff, I like to shop at night, Ralf and Gabe are the best employees I have ever encountered at this store in the past 3 years.
I purchased over my coupon limit and they understood why I wanted to return some of my purchase with no questions asked and told me several times that I, the customer comes first and they were very patient with me and my exchanges and purchases.
They really exceeded my expectations!

This pharmacy location has major issues. Customers are waiting extended amounts of time, the phone lines are often full. It seems there is ample staff, yet an inefficient system. Customers are frustrated every time I’m there, staff seem constantly annoyed and have no sense of urgency. Communications about drug arrivals are often incorrect and/or vague. The pharmacist appears to be the only one who truly cares about patients. The young teenagers could use some training on customer service 101.

Go across the interstate to H‑E‑B is a total opposite experience. It’s well organized, they are friendly, and they appear to have half the staff, maybe less. CVS, I think it’s time to redesign your inefficient system.

I’ve petitioned with my insurance to change pharmacies. I don’t appreciate the way CVS treats me and I don’t have extensive amounts of time to wait and then to be told the drug is not in stock.

Had covid vaccine called in. Drove to pick it up 2 hrs later and they lied about not getting it. Drove home. Got on phone with doc, who called while I was on the line. They had received it, but just choose to deny it to the customer. Worth the drive to Walmart. Very frustrating experience. Have to say, it has happened before at this location, which is why I generally don't use them. They are closest and I feel so bad, thought I'd try them and hope they'd gotten better. They haven't. They still suck like they always have. Go somewhere, anywhere, else

Will never order from CVS online again. I ordered three items, was given one when I picked up my order. The two items missing showed in stock online, but the store told me they weren't upon doubling back to the register with my one item. Of course I was charged for all three items. Order was to be ready same day, they never emailed or called to tell me it was ready. I had to call the store. At 2am the next day they decide to update me via 3 texts. I could have drove down the street to get the one item, instead I drove 10+ for things I didn't get. By the way they would have restocked the one item tommrow even if they never told me it was ready.

I did call to get things fixed. The first lady was very nice. However the one with the online ordering department sounded like she really hates her job. Now I have to wait some odd days for my refund.

Be careful getting tested for COVID at this location. I went here to get tested because I was exposed. It came back positive, but I had no symptoms. I assumed I was just asymptotic, but I got tested again at Walgreens just to check, and that test ended up being negative. I got tested at a different place, and it was also negative. The first two tests were two days apart, but considering I had no symptoms and the rest of my family turned up negative, I’m assuming I got a false positive. I would recommend taking a backup test to make sure your results are accurate. Also, I had called them on the phone beforehand because I had a question, but I was left on hold for ten minutes and eventually just had to hang up.

If I could give them -10 stars I would !!!! Useless and no care !!!

I booked an Covid test two days prior … even had text messages confirming the appointment…. After waiting 20 minutes in the drive through I was told they had no testing supplies…. No mention on the website or a text message telling me they couldn’t carry out the test … no signage at the store !!!!

USELESS !!!!

Covid testing in drive-thru window took 25 minutes of waiting. One minute to do the test. Booked appointment 7 days ago.
