We had a great experience with Brad. He completed 4-5 small projects in the kitchen and bathrooms. One of the faucets he replaced in the bathroom wasn't working properly a few days later and he came back the same day I called to replace the part and did not charge us for parts or labor. He was timely, quick, and polite. We try to support small local business as much as we can and will definitely call Brad again.

Brad came to our house and installed a new toilet, fixed a leaking valve, and hot water heater. We have used Brad's services for several years now and have always been pleased with his work! He even hauled off our old toilet for us! He is someone you can trust to get the job done. He is on time, friendly and courteous! I would highly recommend him!

I've used Brad three times at a commercial building I'm in charge of. Two times it was a breeze, Brad got the job done no problem. On one occasion the problem was a little more complex, it involved the sewer line going to the street. Brad came, did what he could in the hope it would be a cheap fix. Sadly it wasn't. The problem came back so I called Brad and he connected me with the people who could fix our issue. Very helpful.

You honestly can't ask for more from a plumber. He's honest, he's prompt, and he is very straightforward. My biggest worry is that once people learn how reliable he is, he'll get booked up. Good guys can be hard to find.

Great experience with Brad. He was on time, honest and did great work getting a few small jobs completed. His price was under 1/2 of what another company gave me an estimate for. Great to know a reliable and trustworthy plumber in town.

Brad did a great job and took the time to really understand and solve our plumbing problems. We'd had no fewer than three other plumbers who had come out previously and proposed everything from "It's hopeless, just live with it," to "$6000 to excavate and lay all new pipe". Brad actually knew how (or at least was honest enough) to fix our existing fixtures, and was done in about an hour. Did I mention he was also super nice?

Brad came out to my house on a freezing December morning and replaced my owner cutoff valve at the street. He's super no nonsense, so if you're looking for touchy feely, go talk to the guy walking the plumbing aisle at Home Depot. He's done a couple of other jobs for me in the past, and I wouldn't call anyone else.

Prompt and courteous. I appreciated that he took the time to make sure I understood everything, especially since I'm in a new house and know nothing about plumbing. What I paid seemed very reasonable to me, but even if it was high I'm happy to pay more for his great service.
I don't look forward to having future plumbing issues, but I'm glad to know who to call!

Refuses to let you buy your own parts even if they are the exact ones he would use. Which to me sounds like a scam. Getting over on people must be how he makes a living
