Costco Wholesale

This was my first time visiting this Costco, or any Costco. I finally decided to bite the bullet and get a membership. I have no clue why I waited so long because Costco is amazing! I didn't want to leave. They have so much stuff! In particular, I was impressed with the amount of ready-made meals they offer. Excellent selection. I also want to shout out the employees here. They were all really nice and helpful. The lines were long, so I went through the self-checkout line. One of the employees saw me struggling and came over and scanned everything for me. I am not sure how busy Costco's usually are, but this store was bustling with people everywhere. It was hectic, but maybe it always is on Saturdays. Highly recommend though!

I would like to say what a great shopping experience I’ve never returned an item before and I had one that just wasn’t what I was looking for and there was no questions asked. I will continue to shop there and recommend Costco to everybody. I know. Thanks again for the great service.

This isn't the closest Costco to me, but it's definitely the preferred one!
They have a great selection at this warehouse, but more importantly, they have great people working there.

Earlier today, my wife and I came in to return an unopened, sealed mattress, and he was extremely friendly, efficient, and considerate.

We are members of Costco and frequent this location VERY often. It is always very clean, organized, has great customer service, a good variety of merchandise, reasonable prices and has a good amount of organic/healthy options (as well as the more indulgent options😁)! You can’t beat a 100% beef hot dog and a drink for $1.50! I recommend this location!

Love my S Austin Costco. Get most of my groceries here except meat. It's priced too high here, except for the roasted chicken at 4.99 still one of the best finds. This store I was told does more organic and keto style food sales than any Costco in the country. Not surprised as I try to eat Keto meets Mediterranean with intermittent fasting, except on special occasions. Easy parking, plenty of options, good tasting on the weekend to try new food items and the best deal in town often on fresh fruits and vegetables, ( I got double packs of fresh rasberries for like 2.25 each yesterday!) TP, eggs and also specialty cheeses ! *The only points lost were for a tire department that never answered 3 calls I made to them in 2 weeks. They lost my business then and I got 4 new tires elsewhere. WB

I always have to come here at least twice a month! They have a great selection and lots of amazing items to choose from. The only problem I have when I visit here is deciding what NOT to buy. Many of the items here are things I cannot live without, from food, to cleaning products, this location is a great place to shop.

Really love the Jalapeño cheddar bread. HEB has a similar product but is more expensive. The quality at Costco is much better! These banana bread mini loaves is really good.

Quite busy! The parking lot is being refinished, so a lot of jockeying for spots. Got through checkout quickly. This one has a separate alcohol store and operating hours. Self serve on the $1.50 pizza and $.69 drink, etc.. is card only. But you can go to register to pay cash.

I love this place...I can find healthy snacks and better quality household items at the BEST price. Loved my experience at the Optical shop as well.

Great value. The biggest challenge is the large sizes but if you are hosting for the holidays or a big get together it is my go to store. Good value and quality goods.

Great experience here. Everything is organized. The checkout process is very fast and efficient. Plenty of parking. There’s a Whole Foods right next-door. The staff are also very helpful.

Costco is the most compassionate business there is. You can't get a job at Costco because no one will quit! That's a very good indication

We got a last minute booking at our Airbnb and needed queen sheets urgently. We went over to Jesus and without hesitation he went and saw they have 300 in stock and located them in a top top storage shelf. With a group of guys they got the huge box down and sold us the exact sheets we were looking for. Thank you so much Costco your team in South Austin is amazing .

I was in Costco recently, and went through the self checkout. Turns out, I needed some help. There was a lady named Laura, who so very kindly went out of her way to help me. I am very appreciative.

They have great Kirkland brand products. Check out the awesome Kirkland selection of nuts and seeds. Recently added self check out lanes which improves the shopping experience.

The staff are always very helpful. Great selection. Happy they are starting to carry more organic products and a few snack options sans Canola/Veggie oils. Love the Organic version of Seven Sundays. You can't get that anywhere else. Not even the Seven Sundays website.

Visited this place multiple times. Purchased steel and induction cook ware for 60$. This is best value for money. This is very Big store. Customer friendly people.
Mistakenly bought BOSE speakers and return while came out. They have accepted and credited back the amount. Good place to shop water, milk, household and groceries

I just learned that I could get my prescriptions at 60% of what my PBM allows Walgreens to charge me.

What doesn't Costco carry in their product selection? I've always enjoyed shopping here, especially this particular location. The store is easy to get to and has plenty of parking, large spaces. The store was clean and well organized. Of course, it was busy when I visited, but they employees were very efficient in getting customers through the line.
