UPS is my go-to stop for shipping packages, buying shipping products like boxes, labels and more. They are also where I choose to return Amazon items that didn’t work out.

Sophia helped me mail a time sensitive package to Budapest. I have never mailed anything overseas so she explained the process. She was calm and professional. Every time I go there the entire staff is helpful.

When I was first assisted the person a male representative quoted me a higher price then another representative a woman agreed and I mentioned when I called I had been quite a lower price for shipping books and a cd. I asked to speak to the person I had spoken to on the phone and they said that she was not available. The quote was 5 or 6 dollars higher so I asked if they could give me the address to the post office. Since I was going by the quote I was given by the lady on the phone. Well then the actual person I spoke to stepped in and was able to help and gave me a quote that less than original quote and she did a great customer service when I was ready to go elsewhere to the post office. She said Since they are books you get the book rate. I was happy she came back from the back and was able to help me. Thank you Sophie.

Best UPS store in town. We were helped by Bryan who was patient, kind, and thorough.

We shipped some large boxes needing special attention and advice.

Not only did they give me stickers for my son, just because:) but I probably come to this UPS location about once a week and I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than two minutes to get help and I am out the door in five or less. Everyone is always super friendly and service is very fast! I would go out of my way if I had to, to drive to this location just because of the customer service! I always leave just feeling happy:)

Steven is very helpful and quickly scanned my 30 pages of paperwork and then emailed all to my email address. He's friendly and hard working.
All the employees are always welcoming and polite.

I was politely greeted with haste, and was in and out in 10 minutes or less. The service was perfect and cheap, and they guided me through everything in simple enough terms for me to understand. Definitely coming back once I need to ship more items!

I am impressed with the service offered at the store. The staff is amazing and they treat everyone with love and respect. This makes the store busy but I guarantee you that once you go there to do business, you will keep coming back! Andrew was super friendly and helpful to me and everyone that came in. He made sure no one was wasting their time by getting us in and out quick.

I scanned my drop offs at the new kiosks with the help of Andrew. This location has quickly become my go to spot for returns and shipping . The staff are always so nice, and I can’t thank them enough. hopefully they’ll be able to get a break with the new machines.

I just left UPS on William Cannon for another big Amazon Return stop and I have to send a big shout out to Brian he always helps me and he is so super sweet and kind and patient with all the returns I always happen. I’m here often to make Amazon returns. The staff here is wonderful and always smiling. Customers in line are like friendly neighbors. Shout out to Brian (hope I spelled that correctly) who helped me do a fax and didn’t mock my crazy handwriting.

Always feel the great customer service from the friendly staff at this UPS location. I had a bunch of returns and Patrick was so helpful! It’s clear they care about helping customers, without trying to upsell packing/shipping material. This is my go-to UPS store, always.

This is hands down the best UPS store in Austin. They are always so friendly and helpful (shoutout to Andrew and Isabel). They have 2 self service kiosks and they even have a printer where you can quickly send shipping labels for printing without going through the hassle of logging in to a computer or emailing it to them. Takes 30 seconds and saves so much time.

I always do all my drop offs here at the store and the team is amazing. The customer service is excellent. Thank you UPS team.
