Great experience checking in!
Room was clean bed was comfortable!
Went to Marriott next door for a couple drinks and take out dinner. Bartenders were on spot! My meal was great! ( shrimp Alfredo)
Definitely recommend if in south Austin area!

Repeat stayer at this hotel as a solo female for work trips. Easy access to I-35 and 290, free parking, restaurant available at the adjacent hotel. The room is no frills but also clean, spacious, good shower water pressure, and has a comfortable bed. There are usb ports on the alarm clock, the AC is functional easy to use, and the staff has always been courteous and helpful. It’s the best cost versus the nearby hotels, so I keep coming back.

We liked this swanky little hotel. Friendly staff, cleanliness, good food and drink is just a quick walk across the parking lot to the Marriott. A pleasant surprise was the layout of our room that merited the numerous attached photos. A couch, kitchenette, TV viewable from couch or bed, desk, decent bathroom, large dressing mirror, plenty of towels (a rarity now a days) lots of daylight, plenty of charging ports and room lighting, and an oh-so-comfy-bed with an extra blanket in the closet. All of this at a very fair price. Highly recommended.

Was transferred to this hotel for one night from the adjacent Fairfield due to the former one closing down for remodeling. The rooms are as usual luxurious and clean with usual Marriott amenities, but a lot more spacious than Courtyards, Moxys, or Fairfields that I stayed in earlier. Free breakfast and free parking is a good perk.

This hotel had amazing staff and was very clean! We enjoyed our stay and the southern hospitality. Ran into Patrick at breakfast and he was able to answer any questions we had. We will definitely use this hotel for future stays! Keep up the good work!

RJ was fantastic. Had such a great check-in, the room was super clean & tidy, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was surprisingly good. The staff here is so amazing. Hard to believe this is only a 3 star hotel!

My team has been staying at this location for the past three months while working in Austin and they always take care of the guys that we send. It is not a four star hotel, but for the price it is worth it. I received a call from my team lead and he raved again about RJ taking care of them. I have only spoken to RJ over the phone and he is always professional and gets us what we need to make sure the guys can get into their rooms without any hassle. I have spoken to several other staff members there and have received great service from them as well.

I stay at a lot of hotels! I always have complaints! But everything about this location was great. I stayed there three days last month.

The facility was clean, neat, and organized. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was exceptionally nice and had the feel of a home. The area felt safe.

The location is fantastic since you're 10 minutes from downtown. The service I never had any problem with and breakfast never ran out of items.

The TVs are a bit old but everything else in the room was as expected.

SpringHill Suites played a significant role in accommodating our wedding guests. The attentive customer service and comfortable, well-furnished rooms were appreciated by our guests, adding to a pleasant wedding weekend experience.

I never... NEVER leave reviews. That said, had to stop and leave a review for this hotel. Booked a little weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary in Austin and chose this hotel. Price, location, etc. were all very ameniable to our plans. I have to say that I have never enjoyed a hotel experience as much as this one. The staff was absolutlely amazing!! Room was clean. They even went above and beyond to decorate the room for us and arranged a surprise gift in the room that I had shipped directly to them via Amazon.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly, highly recommend the next time you are in Austin, Tx.

It’s perfect for what I need. Nice little home away from home close to work (the airport). Will definitely consider this property in the future. The rooms are similar to studio apartments, except with a mini fridge and microwave (no stove).

Hotel was clean, we just checked out, I would say one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. I have one concern though, the breakfast needs variety other than that everything is good. definitely recommend

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel during my recent stay for a wedding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay during a wedding! Five stars all the way!

Being an older gentleman and having knee problems, the lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice and giving me a room on the first floor next to the ice machine or I can ice down my leg. Not many people in the hotel business would’ve gone out of their way to help others…. I gave her a five star. !!!!

My overall experience was very positive, the lady at the front desk was nice and the food was excellent. I would definitely come here again and recommend it to others.
