I had a leak to my sprinkler system and Mr. Pacheco came out dug and fixed it in no time flat. He came when he said he would and tried talking my 5 year old into becoming a plumber. My son watched every move he made. Mr Pacheco was kind and helpful to my son and let him watch. They cleaned up and it was just an awesome experience.

Mr. Ed is an absolute life saver. I called him this morning panicked because of a major water issue in my shower. He was here within the hour. He fixed my problem and was so neat. His charges were incredibly reasonable, especially because it was a Saturday and an emergency. He is amazing and I highly recommend this gentleman.

I would 100% recommend if you have any plumbing issues call these guys! They came out immediately to fix my leak. They were reasonably priced and very professional. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. If I ever have plumbing issues again I will be using Pacheco & Sons.

Incredible service. Ed Pacheco came out and did an amazing job. I am on a well and septic system and my house was backed up throughout the house. I was worried about a gas leak in the pipe to the water heater. Mr. Pacheco came out in a very short time. He took care of the situation. He was also extremely helpful in 2021 after the freezing week of weather. He is highly knowledgeable, honest and a very nice person. I do appreciate him.

We have no problem referring this business to our family, church members, and neighbors. We had a stopped up bathtub and decided while he was here to have a toilet reset. It was same day service and resonable priced. Great work!

Pacheco and Sons was very helpful to me and my parents. I was not able to meet him at my parents house but he took care of them as if they were family. He was very patient and went out of his way for my folks. My parents are older and there was a language barrier as well. We will definitely use again.

Called Pacheco and Sons again for my mother as she was having an issue with one of her toilets. He was able to get one of his team members out to her house within a couple of days. They fixed the issue and we were very happy with his service. Thank you Pacheco and Sons!

Best plumber ever!!! A death in the family and an unexpected leak under the kitchen sink. I would have been lost without Pacheco & Son Drain Company. I've never experienced a plumber be so responsive. Mr. Pacheco came right away. He found the problem and fixed it, right. The price was fair and he was so professional and considerate. Don't go anywhere else for your plumbing needs!

He showed up a few hours after I called him and knew right away what the problem was. Because I have an older home he had to dig a 2 foot hole to find my main sewer line. He worked very hard on a hot humid day but found the pipe and cleaned out my main sewer system. Great work and I will use him again for any problems with my plumbing.

Our toilet was running slow. It finally quit flushing. We tried a little DIY. By then it was Friday at 6pm at the start of Memorial Day weekend.

We couldn’t get ahold of anyone on a Sunday and we were dealing with a leak under the floor boards. He came over within 20 minutes and fixed our issue quickly. He was also great at walking us through the issue and gave us great advise.

It was probably one of the coldest days in TX and they came out to fix a broken outdoor faucet. I’m so grateful to both men that endured the cold and were able to take care of it, both were so nice. Ed Pacheco is one of the most honest business men I have ever met. He is compassionate of your needs and will not try and charge you for things that do not need to be done. He is honest and upfront and if he tells you that you have a problem you have that problem.
