Sara Cortez the cashier is always professional and extremely friendly with exceptional customer service. I love shopping at the 5042 Trail Lake Dr location. I been to other Family Dollar stores and I prefer to shop at this location because the employees are super sweet and the store is always clean. Sara deserves both a raise and promotion.

Of course I visited after the deep freeze of 2021 and the selections were few but the customer service was excellent this store is smaller than some of the others I've visited but the friendliness of the staff made up for it did I mention it was 7 PM

I went into thia family dollar for the first time i usually go to the one off of mccart but when i went into this i was soo surprise on how clean and neat every thing was! Like there was no product on the floor! The employees actually were working instead of just standing around talking! Everything was neat on the shelves. I was like okayyy family dollar this how every one of them should be. I spent more $ than i intended bc of how nice and neat every thing was it made me wanna go lool at everything loli also caught some nice deals .this is my new family dollar!! I wish i could have gotten the employees name bc they were great as well

This Family Dollar store is a great neighborhood store. Always friendly helpful staff, clean , orderly and well stocked. Carries everything you need from personal care to laundry and household items. Very good prices too.

I love Family Dollar. I can usually find just want I need so I don’t have to suffer through Walmart and the prices are right. The crew here are really nice and helpful as well.
